Samuel McCormick is an award-winning teacher and scholar. He lectures widely on Lacanian psychoanalysis, is Professor of Communication Studies at San Francisco State University, and was recently appointed EURIAS & Marie-Curie Research Fellow at Aarhus Institute of Advanced Studies in Denmark.

I love the way you take us through the text. But, having listened/watched to a number of your lectures, I am deeply intrigued - what's with you and snakes?
Snakes have always seemed to me like undulating edges, lines that wriggle and move beyond mathematics. If only they’d knot as well!
