    Great talk. Thanks Even you really explained your journey with great calmness.
    I'm climbing Kilimanjaro in a few weeks and a group of women who want to finish it in 48 hours instead of 5-7 days. Our goal is to inspire other women and girls to reach beyond what they believe they can do. I've been doing nose breathing as part of my training and the altitude training at sea level program faithfully for a couple of months now and I can't believe how I've improved and how amazing I feel!
    Patrick, I really hope you will offer a Seniors rate for your Instructor Course Patrick, so more of our elderly can be taught the practice to have a better life.
