5 Sauces and dips in 2min‼️ the best sauces to accompany your dishes and vegetables😋👌

Hello everyone,
I share with you 5 Humus (Chickpeas) sauces or dips, but this time without Tahinah (sesame paste), with simple ingredients, and a more than wonderful taste
try these sauces and leave me a comment to let me know how you like them.

Sauce ingredients (English)
For these sauces use canned chickpeas or home-cooked chickpeas.
Sauce 1: garlic hummus
1 cup of hummus (180g), 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tbsp of mayonnaise (you can replace with plain yogurt, or white cheese), 2 tbsp water, salt, pepper, cumin
Blend until you get a smooth mixture
Sauce 2: Cheese hummus
1 cup of hummus (180g), 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tbsp of white cheese, 1 tbsp of parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp of grated cheddar cheese ( or cheese of your choice), 2 tbsp of parsley, 3 to 4 tbsp of water, salt, pepper
Blend until you get a smooth mixture
Sauce 3: Carrot Hummus
1 cup of hummus (180g), 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tbsp of white cheese, 1 tbsp of plain yogurt, 1 grated carrot, 1 pickle, 2 tbsp of water, salt, pepper
Blend until you get a smooth mixture
Sauce 4: Avocado Hummus
1 cup of hummus (180g), 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tbsp of plain yogurt, 1/4 avocado, 2 tbsp of water, salt, pepper
Blend until you get a smooth mixture
Sauce 5: Pepper Hummus
1 cup of hummus (180g), 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tbsp of mayonnaise, 1/2 grilled red pepper, 1 tsp of hot sauce, 1 tbsp water, salt, pepper, cumin, paprika
Blend until you get a smooth mixture

Comme trempettes avec des les légumes, avec des Tostito’s our pain pita, accompagner aussi avec les grillades et les fritures, elles servent aussi comme sauce. Sandwich

parce que la tahini n’est pas disponible ou accessible pour tout le monde, et ce n’est pas un ingrédient qu’on a toujours à la maison, au contraire de la mayo, ce qui rend la recette plus simple

Oui, mais on ne la pas souvent à la maison, mais vous pouvez remplacer pas du yaourt nature ou fromage blanc. Souvent dispo au frigo😉
