How to Learn to Color Unicorns for Kids I Fun Easy Art with Shapes, Letters, Counting & Spelling

Spending years working with children, I decided to create coloring pages with as much educational value as I could. This video will be helpful for children who are learning to identify different colors and are exploring various techniques to improve their fine motor skills. This video focuses on identifying colors, shapes and images in the picture, as well as counting and reciting letters. The interactive portion keeps children engaged by asking them questions and inviting them to color along with me (see above for coloring pages).
Coloring with Sam Sam was inspired by my years of experience working as an early childcare assistant. I have worked with children from infancy to school age, and I have implemented some of the key learning tools and advice I have learned along the way. I found that children enjoyed participating in “secret spy missions” with me, whether it was cleaning up our toys in the classroom or creating treasure maps with crayons and markers. I curated these coloring pages to be interactive, informative and exciting. Children of various ages can benefit from watching these videos:
Toddlers: Identify shapes, colors, and images
Preschoolers: Practice spelling and counting
Kindergarteners: Develop listening skills by following along with coloring
Grades 1 - 4: Practice enhanced fine motor skill techniques using crayons and markers
Educational Coloring Page Designs:
⭐ Coloring pages 1 - 4 are more simple designs with big images, so children can focus on staying within the lines (if they care to). Each page also includes text for the child to color so they can start to learn letters and spelling. Most of these pictures also have thicker outlines to help the children to stay within the lines.
⭐ Coloring pages 5 - 8 have more repetitive images (hearts, flowers, stars, etc.) that enable children to continuously practice coloring shapes (this enhances attention to detail). You can also ask your child questions pertaining to these pages, like how many rainbows are in the sky?
My hope for this UA-cam channel is to entertain children, while also educating them, so parents can get a brief (well deserved) break. Parents should feel safe with their children in front of the screen watching my videos, as my content does not promote any negative images or language.
In this video I am using Copic markers and Crayola crayons, but children can use any medium they would like (including pencil crayons).
