Man, I am always not eating enough and then I'm compensating it with sweets. You made me eat another plate of pasta with tomato sauce now! I should definitely spend more time on making meals.
Fellow Stagg kettle! You’re a coffee person it seems! Greetings from Malaysia & glad you’ve enjoyed your visit last week! Cheers 😂
Lesgoooo 🎉❤
Look forward to see you in Thailand next month.
And just in case if you dont know I suggest brown rice more than white rice cause the nutrition is higher😁
amazing content, Pls make a video on what you eat when you are in the tour
Inspiring video for young players❤
You probably are my favourite player afer this sympathic video😊
This is awesome Anders, thank you for sharing!
Your welcome! I guess you love some killer tacos?😅

Nice! really healthy and nutritious meals.
Love it bro. What’s the current calories/macro’s do you think?
🔥🔥

Great content, thank you. Could you please share your assault bike protocol ? :)
Waiting for the aa video for so long
Nice blog Anders👍!! Btw do you take whey protein shake daily?
Wauw that is a lot of of food to consume😅😅
Hello antonsen congrats on winnint the European championship
Can you make vlogs when you go to tournaments
nice
Keep making video like this🥺😭
the first time I saw you on court, I thought Viktor had a twin
How cute you act around food! (´∀`) I'd love to watch the whole cooking process, chef AA
Do you and most other players on the circuit have personal sports nutritionists for advice ?
Big fan of you champion from pakistan
antonsen is really a big fan of fish!
You are my favourite ❤ Anders Antonsen ❤🏸🌹✅️💯
It would be even better if you record while you eating😁👌❤
Next what s eat in my tournament tour😭
Great video you two 👍 I think your meals look very manageable and repeatable in foreign countries as well. I can only recommend to cut down a little bit on the fruit sugar and to add some linseed oil to your oatmeals. I have heard from footballers that they always eat pasta bolognese the evening before a game, can you do that during tournaments as well or is it too heavy?
Thanks! Im going to do one of these in Asia as well 🙌
@@AndersAntonsen_official Awesome, looking forward to it 👍
What should be ideal training time a day for a 15 year athelth?Ans what is the main thig to focus at this age?
How about one about training days like what you did in training
Yes 🙌
Mr. Antonsen do you take supplements? If so do you recommend any
Hey Anders! quick question : Don't you take any supplementation like Protien Powders, creatine etc ?
Can you share the price for your order in that restorant?
Do you pre heat your lunch?
A normal person who does not engage in professional sports needs approximately 1.5 kg of food per day.
In your case, what weight of food per day is considered normal?
Thank you
What a healthy lifstyle.no alcohol thats really a role model
Just wondering, how long do you eat before a training session ?
I hate to eat right before training (like in the 30 / 45 minutes before)
Also love oats porridge before training sessions.
90-120 minutes or something like that if it’s a badminton session. A little less if it’s a gym session.
@@AndersAntonsen_official Thanks for the answer, best of luck for the european championship.
whats your macro breakdown champ?
where is the magic lamp?😅
Would you mind to share the nutritional breakdown of each meal e.g. the total calories, carbs and protein, for meal 1, meal 2, etc.?
I could do that for another episode 🙌
@@AndersAntonsen_official thanks, looking forward to it!
The right way to say it: I cook rice.
I just ate a shawarma like two days ago now I'm feeling insecured😢
all good but where's the beer, man?🤨
Is there a reason that you eat white rice over brown rice?
Hmm I’m not so familiar with brown rice. Have had it at restaurants but never cooked it myself. It taste fine though. But for this lunch meal I guess white rice might be better?
How much oatmeal per day you consume?
Hmm that varies. I’ll probably have like 75-100g per portion.
Your recent 1 year good performance had me pleasantly surprised. So this the champion diet hmm....
Haha it is. Try it out 😄✌️
Halloooo..anders...how are you....see you in indonesia..❤😘🤗
Hello!
In my "old" age I became fond of badminton. Both to watch and to play. I have watched quite a few of your matches which show your upward development to the highest places in the world of this sport. Congratulations!
Watching this video, however, I wonder why it is necessary to consume such amounts of carbohydrates, as the protein remains at significantly low levels, and the fats are almost absent. I understand that daily training sessions mean a large expenditure of energy, which, however, can also be obtained from our other source of energy - fat. Have you ever considered eating red meat with all the fat it contains? Red meat and eggs have the highest protein bioavailability and amino acid ratio. Apart from that, when you reach a state of fat adaptation, you will need two, at most three meals a day, which is a great relief in a busy day. Just sharing thoughts..Regards.
Hey. Thanks for your input! I think my protein and fat intake might be a little higher than it seems. I eat a lot of eggs, avocado, nuts. Also red meat, salmon, mackerel etc. And for my protein intake I actually aim for approximately 160g daily. Which is 2g per kg of body weight.
@@AndersAntonsen_official Tnaks for your reply. Regards
do you eat ur rice cold?
Yes. Sometimes I’ll heat it up though.
Bro made a whole video about eating like a regular, somewhat health conscious person
Haha I think I am😅
Keeping cooked rice for more than 1 day is actually not the greatest idea. Rice contains spores of bacteria that survive when cooked. That's why rice can cause food poisoning pretty quickly. Maybe training your stomache as well is part of your routine, though 💪😄
you didnt get shirtless this time
You dont use Milk when you eat oats ??
I used to do that when I was younger. But know I usually just make the porridge with water and salt. I save some calories from not using milk. Then I can have more oats instead. But for perfect taste I would probably go with milk!
Don't you get bored eating it everyday 😅
This guy can cook , Play badminton, can rap but can he dance?
I guess we’ll never know 😅🤷♂️
@@AndersAntonsen_official guess we won't. But this guy can do one thing that's for sure and i.e winning.
Congrats champ on the first 🥇 place in European championship.next celebration cr7😶🌫️
Meals of a champions. Hope to watch more of your foodie videos in future.😊🏅🏸💪
