One of the best vlogs I've seen! Loved every minute!
I'm moving to Germany tomorrow! Loved this video ❤️
Year Abroad Travels I noticed you’re studying in Bonn, I’ve been visiting Bonn since I was little because my Aunty lives there, how are you liking it so far? 😊
Great Video! I love your enthusiasm! My Sister and I are Americans living in Germany! We love it here!
It used to be US Army military living quarters and it closed down around 2010-2013. Lots of great memories!
Hahaha cool in Heidelberg, there is also a Käthe Wohlfahrt store. If you want to see more of Käthe Wohlfart you have to come to Rothenburg ob der Tauber. There is a Christmas village from her. It's like a cool Christmas supermarket, even in the summer. The medieval city of Rothenburg ob der Tauber, you would certainly like.
Heyy! Loved this Video! I’ll be moving to Heidelberg in autumn for university too!:)

I really want to study here. I am from america and know very little German but want to become fluent. Can you take classes here in english?
Yes - all of my classes except my german language course was taught in English. Having said that, I studied English studies there so I'm not sure if all courses have modules in English also.
Germany is in fact one of the few countries to have retained the old traditional theory based learning and combined it with modern day pedagogy. Why Germany as a study destination? This is probably the first question that comes to your mind when you think of studying abroad.Read Full Articles here.

Not sure Sushi is the best choice, being 600km or so from the nearest coast...but welcome!

Have you faced any racism in Germany?
SpangeBab I said not very racist not because I think we are kinda racist BUT because I think there are always people in a country that are racists. I am a German and I don’t even know one person who is racist. But there are people who are
is the housing at heidelberg like dorms? i wanna study abroad there but I don’t wanna have to live in an apartment by myself and give up the communal way of living we have in the US at college
Hi Danna, I came across your vlog while researching on asian students studying in Germany. I'm a 20-year-old Filipina who is currently exploring options for taking up a Master's program in Germany and I would like to know more about the Erasmus Mundus application process. I'm hoping to study by late 2020. Any information would be helpful (e.g. Should I send applications to uni first or can I apply for uni and the EM scholarship at the same time? When should I have my visa processed? Who can I contact/consult in my home country regarding this?) Hoping to hear from you and I'd appreciate your help! Thanks 💜
yoooooo these buildings are fucking beautiful.... looks like straight outta romantic movie or something

Just a small hint: better get some Euro in cash before you're actually going there. There are very few places to accept credit/debit cards in general.

Did you share the room with someone???
Plz tell me someone
No, I didn't share a room with anybody but I did share my flat with 2 other people. :)
Hi Danna. Very helpful videos. Just wanna ask, is it free to study uni in Germany?
byronizm914
Hey, so I am going to Germany in a year. And yes, uni is free, you have to pay only semester fee. It is usually 200-400€.
@@katrineee7092 Thanks for the info. Was it difficult to apply? We live in the UK and my daughter and her cousin, who is from the Philippines, would like to study in Germany. As you know, university fee in the UK has gone up significantly.
byronizm914 I don’t know if you need to go to Studienkolleg when you are from UK. Studienkolleg is like a foundation year.
I am from Ukraine, and my high school certificate was not enough. So I need to go there for a year. But I don’t believe students from UK need to do it.
Company that helped me apply said that it is not really different from applying to Uni. So I hope I’ll help.
Every university has their site on which they have all the information you need (like list of documents)
Also you can use site uni-assist. It is international and it also has all the info you need.
Some universities have entry exams (like German and Math) but you have to check it on their site.
Usually if you have good average grade and your German is b2-c2 it is not hard.
byronizm914 sorry for such a small amount of information. Last year I spend hours and hours searching all I needed to know. But know I just don’t remember how it all happened..
Hii Danna! I've been a fan since long!
I was wondering if you want to collaborate on a video together? 🙂
