I love how Europeans teach. American videos are filled with non necessary things. Germans etc are like, "This is what it is, this is how you calculate it, this is why you need to".. simple and straight forward. Love it
Thank you soo much!!! It was definitely helpful. If it is possible would you please make for me and my classmates a video tutorial about relative weight analysis or relative importance analysis, in which are struggling to understand properly.
Great video. I’m running a multiple linear regression with 5 independent variables! I want to add age groups, gender and education as other predictors, can i add it together with the 5 IVs in the same regression model?
Hello! Thank you for your videos, they are very helpful. I would like to ask you sth. If I want to compare the salary between two groups of professors (public and private sectors) and years of experience, which statistical test do you recommend me to use? Thank you!
You can first plot a relative frequency histogram... to see the distribution of the salary for each group.. A scatter plot for both groups (public and private) Since for both group we do have one (not two) independant variable which is years ... If there is a linear relationship we can go on with regression (prediction) or you can claculate the "coefficient of determination" which is r * r % we calculate the least squares equation ...of both scatter plots Then interpret b.. if coefficient b of group B is > than coefficient b of group A it means for an increase of one unit on the x axis the salary varies more ....as compared to group B If someone thinks other wise kindly help me know in the comment section. Thanks
Thanks for this great video... which type of plot can we use tu display multiple regression? in order to have a visual idea about the statistic ? Thanks
I have used three models to analyze carbon stock in forest using dbh and height as independent variables, here carbon stock in ton as dependent variable. can i use multiple linear regression to select best model among three for 10 common tree species under my research? pls response me.
In multiple linear regression can independent be categorical variable and how can I check whether a data is linear of non linear especially if I have categorical variable?

wow easy clear and informative , Thank you so much !
Excellent explanation. Thank you!
Very very useful and easily excutable tool.Thank you.
Glad you like it

Great explanation and easy to understanding!!!
what exactly is the difference between influence and prediction? you explained it in the first minute of the video.
Best explication, thank you so much :)
Thanks : )

Hallo, thanks for your nice Feedback! In this case i would calculate a Regression! Regards Mathias

Nice video. Could you please edit it to divide it in chapters?

You're most welcome
Can you teach multi-variable, non-linear regression? Or suggest a source? Thanks.

Thanks for your nice feedback! Regards Hannah
Amazing video love from🇮🇳
Thank you so much 😀
Great work dear
Thank you!
So cool videos...Love from Nepal ❤️
Many thanks!!! Love from Austria : ) Regards Hannah
Thank you very nicely explained
Best explanation 👍
Thank you 🙂
Hey,Could you explain from where does this .14 &1.2 comes?
Hello, where in the video is this? I do not know the video by heart either : ) Otherwise I would have to watch everything first : )
🙂
@@datatab At 5.35. But I think you are just using it as an example right? It could have been any number?
what is mean by coefficients here. Please, interpretation required in layman language
what should be substituted for male ? 😟 It's not a numerical value !
Just 1 for male and 0 for female or the other way around!
@@datatab Thank you so much
At 13:27
From where did the coefficients from the equation come from?
Thank in advance
I also have this question
Pearson coefficient
9:10
: )
the equation is misleading
How is it misleading? You can choose to beta or b and a is the intercept
