The Republic Day parade takes place in New Delhi on the 26th January of each year since 1950. This parade commemorates India as a sovereign democratic Republic and incorporates both the country's military and civilian aspects. Hence, the various marching contingents of the military and paramilitary arms, the tableaus of the various ministries (i.e the Government of India) and the tableaus depicting various states that make up the dominion of India. There is a chief guest invited each year, who is a head of state of a friendly country.

This is THE REPUBLIC DAY parade - not Army Day or Military Day parade. It is a collage of Bhartiya Armed Forces, culture, civil services, regional diversity and more.
Cost guards are also part of our military

Its the back arm look how high it reaches thats what makes the marches unique ,not many people can do it there too stiff
Airforce not prerecorded but actually done at that time but the footage was taken after the parade for media usage

This parade happens every year, 26th of January. To celebrate The Republic day. It is not only the Armed forces parade. 26th of January is near. 😊

11:22 the States Floats represent each state of Bharat. Because there is so much diversity and it is not possible to include all the states every year. Some are selected.
Few years ago the states used to display their own stereotypes. Now the states are usually chosen for specific achievements or progress or outstanding performance in a particular field.

Those big tummy soldiers are of France not india, also I think they are veterans of France not regular soldiers.
This year France was invited to co marched with indian troops
