I think he meant the shortcuts that are easier to do than the other shortcuts that’s why he put simple shortcuts or he just said it doesn’t save much time but also he probably meant easy and look at what he calls hard shortcuts it is harder than the simple shortcuts I think
Disclaimer: FPS unlocker may as well turn out to be a disadvantage in particular cases. Bouncing off trusses kind of gives you a "speed boost", I wouldn't consider it as a shortcut but the thing is, you may get a weird glitch that makes you fall off the truss, you could also execute an all-around 10 studs jump when leaping off a ladder/truss. It is also harder to effectuate some shortcuts as they require to do a high jump. You would mostly fall off the platform while doing it. It is essentially harder to glitch with FPs unlocker. As an experienced Tower of Hell player, I would still recommand to make use of FPS unlocker.
I’m not sure if I would recommend it since while it helps with certain things, it can completely make some shortcuts impossible, and yes the truss thing. As another experienced toh player I couldn’t agree more
Fun fact for pink leaf: tower of hell was inspired by a game called jukes towers of hell go play it! It says it was made after but they made a big new revamp it was made in 2016, if u wanna play it reply to me. Also I think it would be a cool vid idea! Also, it is called JToH and it is WAYYYYYY harder than tower of hell. If u want a real challenge play it, it starts easy but gets absolutely INSANE, toh is nothing compared to it. Edit: obren helped make it he was the oh creator but handed it to jukereise.

Here's a few tips for the ladder flicking and other techniques, you should go into a practice game (like JTOHmaster1's) and practice on the ladders and trusses (trusses are not really needed in ToH but your choice). For the major shortcuts, practice them first and get fluent before you go fast on them. For alot of the skips you need to get control over movement and camera movement so practice games are key. For simpler shortcuts, just practice in ToH and master them. Hope i could help if you are new to ToH
