On February 13th 2017, two teenaged girls went missing for the trails at the Monon High Bridge in Carroll County, Indiana. The following day search and rescue teams found the bodies of the two girls, Libby and Abby. It was more than five years later that Richard Allen was arrested and charged with the murders. Recently, previously sealed court documents about the case, the arrest, and evidence were unsealed and released to the public. Due to dozens of requests we have decided to discuss these documents and the details of the information found on those pages this week in the Garage. There are significant details that many have wondered about for over six years now. Finally, more information is now available in a murder investigation that has been previously cloaked in mystery, silence and uncertainty.

Yes I feel for Abby and Libby too.I cant even imagine what the families are going through.But Justice for them is only if the right person or persons are prosecuted . It's the coverup that always get the criminal caught.And there's plenty of that. Not on RA s side either..The weight of the possible suspects the connection to one of the girls.The symbolism at crime scene also on ones social media .A confession to 2 family members from the new member who knew details that had not been released to the public. One member telling his wife that the another member was responsible for the murders. A rx girlfriend stating her boyfriend went to Delfi on that day and returned in her car which had blood stains in it..This group of people have pointed fingers at each other and One even said basically his DNA was on one of the girls.But all of this has been ignored ! LE lied .and now the judge is violating his rights
All they have on RA is a ejected bullet that has not been fired. Ballistics can not narrow it down to one certain gun. Yes the kind of gun but no trace back to one gun .Sounds like RS is being threatened abused and in my opinion Framed .A Patsy. We all want justice and closure for the families.But I'd hate to see a quite family man who has a daughter also go down while the real perpetrator or perpetrators walk free on the same streets where our children walk.

If the wrong man is convicted or the right man gets off on a technicality, then there is no justice for the girls.

Innocent until proven guilty. Prison isnt where he should be. Lots of other child killers sit in county jails. It looks like corruption. And we need to start with whos idea it was to send him to a prison

NO solitary confinement, NO shock vest, NO tasing, NO video recording of lawyer visits, NO prevention of face to face visits, just NORMAL fucking treatment. But y'know what I'll humor you, if I had room where I currently live, I wouldn't give a shit. I've rented out rooms to strangers before.
This is not uncommon because county jails are usually overcrowded. This happens all the time, it’s nothing new like everyone is trying to make it seem. Also, most would PREFER being in the prison as opposed to county jail. There’s more room, more freedom, more food, they’re not sleeping on mattresses on the floor. I don’t know why everyone is acting like this is some type of cruel and unusual situation.

It is starting to sound like a convict Richard Allen party. Not to mention all the information in this is way out dated. Why do you think Other defense attorneys that don't have a dog in the fight are willing to put their careers on the line to come to the defense of Richard Allen. He is getting railroaded. This episode was really sounding like a Murder Sheet episode and they are trash. Remember that could be you being hung out to try and you 6th Amendment right being spit on.

Maybe the more well-known channels are taking the State's side in this but the majority of us watchers and creators, believe he is either not guilty or he is not getting a fair trial so far. I hope you guys rethink your position.

@@timprater841 very strange indeed. I am very puzzled about this whole thing. My theory is that Elvis does not fit the mold as BG. He looks so different to the video, on the girls phone. Even after LE admitted at one time, they thought more than one person was involved. So they had to look for the next person and unfortunately, they honed in on RA.
Worst video I've seen from these guys. I hope it isn't indicative of where their channel is going. I.e. up the prosecutions arse.

Yo, he should not be in prison at all. I’d say the fact that he is in prison is high strangeness. I think the state arrested him too hastily. The best evidence they have is the jailhouse confession but we all know there are ways that innocent men can be encouraged to confess. If I was innocent and in custody for this crime, I would be terrified. The way he is being treated should be unsettling to any American citizen. If a person can look at that probable cause for arrest document objectively they would see that they had virtually no cause to arrest him. A year later and it looks like the state could possibly lose so they found a way to get his lawyers dismissed. If that’s not the case then they should be aware of how it looks. We are all watching and it is highly debatable as to whether his lawyers did anything bad enough to get fired for. The state knowing how it looks to the public and the judge knowing that she looks partial to the state should have been very careful to cross their tees and dot their lower case jays.
I have a better one for you mother in law works at Westville has for the last 23 years an everyone had to Sign an NDA pertaining to the Richard Allen in order to keep their jobs now that shit is really fishy to me She's never had to Sign an NDA before ever
NDAs are because they are privy to info that may be overheard by Defense, and if they share, then they could be charged (document is a legal zip your lips command and shows the court the person that signed is purposefully leaking and knows the consequences)

It's not up to the prosecution to determine what is relevant. Their definition of "relevant" is what is relevant to secure a conviction of the suspect they are attempting to prosecute. If the prosecution has information then it should be made available to the defense. PERIOD. "It's too much work" is an insanely unacceptable response. You mean doing your job is too much work?! Even if they say "OK but it's a ton of evidence so the defense will have to send one of their representatives to our offices and we will provide them unlimited access" ... but to deny outright should be grounds for a mistrial.

comparison should be between how Allen is kept with how others not convicted in a county jail are kept. NOT compared with actual convicted inmates.
I think at this point, it is no longer a case of guilty or innocence. I believe this judge has lost control of her court house. If this goes to trial, the judge has given RA very many reasons to appeal, for years to come. Also if he walks, he will never have to work a day in his life. Okay let's believe the warden (lol). I would like the warden to spend 1 year in solitary confinement. And Yes, the shock vest, shackles and handcuffs, are for RA's safe keeping. Why was RA tazed twice??? It's WELL documented how dangerous and debilitating solitary confinement is. Only takes 3 days for brain damage to begin occurring. After 15 days that damage starts becoming permanent. No one wants to read any research about it though, much easier to just flap ya gums and overwork your one brain cell. Rick Allen hasn't even been to trial yet, but they have already ruined this man completely. Like he will literally never be the same, Ever again. And for WHAT??
