I watch the birds everyday. It's pleasant and fulfilling seeing the usual local Birds everyday and sometimes for migration reasons other bird's passing through. I know people hate starlings in the U.S. but I enjoy them, their mannerisms with each other fascinates me. Then there's cardinals feeding each other or the mourning dove's sitting together while patiently waiting for their turn at the feeders. Sometimes the Jays announcing their presence before landing. An those are just some of birds that come through.
Love her new book. I sit and pour through it as I sit in my backyard observing the flora and fauna.
