I love logan leaning his head into the gun barrel lol. Wolverine is crazy and doesnt care about dying.
I don't believe that's it. This Wolverine is depressed and trying to drink away his guilt. I believe he leaned into the gun because he would actually welcome death and actually being put out of his misery.

I wonder...just wonder...if Deadpool's actions at the end of the last sequel, changed the timeline so much that his universe is now in danger of completely unraveling out of existence. I also wonder if we will get some "you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours" kind of thing in which Deadpool will help Wolverine in his world if Wolverine helps Deadpool save his.

In the comic Old Man Logan Ant man was killed as Giant man, Logan and Hawkeye passed it on their way across the country on their little adventure. Old man Logan was a great series and the Logan movie takes some cues from the comics which it looks like this movie will too.
I was already on board for this movie but this trailer… IM SOLD and having “Like a Prayer” (my favorite Madonna song) in it is the cherry on top 😄
Leftfield theory but that portal isn’t Doctor Strange - it’s Ghost Rider.
With all the Fox cameos likely to occur, Nicholas Cage Ghost Rider isn’t too far of a stretch for an appearance and we have seen the Robbie Reyes Ghost Rider use portals in Agents of Shield.

The portal is symbology...Marvel reaquired the X-Men rights from Sony in 2019. So wherever Deadpool and Wolverine are at that point (possibly the Void) when they jump through, they're jumping into the MCU. Which will open the gates for all of the X-Men, and thereby their villains to enter as well.
In the dead Giant Man (Ant Man when he's big) shot. There's Azazel, Pyro, Lady Deathstrike, Toad, and Sabretooth (Brotherhood of Evil Mutants).
That means Marvel will have a chance to remake the X-Men movies or just continue on with that storyline however they see fit. I.E. more movies of characters / story archs fans care about instead of searching through the backwater catalogue of comics that never sold as much as X-Men did. (*cough Capt. Marvel / Marvels *cough)
