From 1999 we were in possession in a society bought site in laggere bangalore, v had built one 10*10 shed with cauvery water and bescom electricity connection, v had given it for rent, in 2015 one SC guy came and claimed he has AC order for 2 acres land in which my site was there, he said it comes under PTCL. He gave scst Atrocities case on me and threw away my tenant from site, from 2015 till now no one is in that site and it is vacant. I have put an injunction suit in 2015 and still going on. If i get permanent injunction, can i construct house in that site. Please suggest sir. Meanwhile, in 2016 he sold it to someone else through registered sale deed. What can be done sir?
