Great video. Please continue these for any Lemaire drops. It is wonderful to see the variations from season to season in this format. The workwear blazer is basically my uniform and the way you made the weight/use differences between the two so apparent is something i discovered from wear, but hasn't been able to see so easily from photos online. Very valuable insight for perspective shoppers.
Also, cool to see the new denim vest. I was surprised last spring's were not marketed as unisex. The orangish brick brown ended up being my most worn item from the season. I'm still kicking myself for missing the darker brown version, but one day it is bound to surface again.
Thanks!!! We absolutely will. Thanks for the kinds words - Lemaire in particular is a brand that would benefit from us giving a proper explanation on. Like you said, photos aren't going to do it justice.
I-freeking-love-lemaire.. I do think that they have to much acrylic in their knitwear. Thats why I haven't bought any knitwear from them. Im a big fan of their twist dresses, Croissaint bags/pouches and the Souris Flat derbies.. It's exspensive, but man... It's stunning!
5:49 I own this exact shirt, and it's the 'hardest to take care of' garment in my wardrobe. The shirt wrinkle easily. And when it wrinkles, it looks awful. On top of that, due to all those triple stitching and the cut of the chest pocket, it's very difficult to iron. I'd took me 5x more time to iron compared to normal shirts. Now I barely wear mine simply because I'm hesitating on the amount of time I have to put in maintenance.
Love the content and how informative and approachable you make these brands.! Wanting to pull the trigger on the Lemaire piped loafers this weekend. Are they true to size??
Randomly found yalls channel and I'm definitely learning a lot! How's the sizing for the boxy jacket? I've been eyeing one for a while but I can't decide between a XS or S
Hey guys, love the passion and knowledge regarding the brand. I recently fell in love with the Lemaire Dispatch Jacket, but I am unsure if I should get it right now. But then again I don't know how long it will remain in the current catalogue... Do you have any information on how long the jacket has been out? is it current or past season?
The dispatch is typically only in the fall collections. The boxy jacket shown in this video is basically the spring variant. Aside from black, the colors change each season. The current iterations are on their third outings to the best of my knowledge. The ones from fall 22 were looser and a bit of a softer denim. Tobacco brown, inky blue, black, and a chalky white. Fall 23 had dark green, a darker brown, indigo, black, and I believe a white. I have the tobacco + dark green. With the different cuts, they end up serving different functions. The new one feels a bit dressier and the older more relaxed/layer friendly. For the upcoming fall my #1 wishlist piece is the mauve dispatch (shown on a woman on runway). It is a color I found challenging at first, but I have a dry silk blazer and short sleeved button down from fw 22. It was actually this fall's Uniqlo U that offered jeans that work wonders with them. So, now I know I can add a very unique color and already have the pairings figured out.
Thank you so much for all the knowledge!! I actually ordered the black dispatch jacket, last pair in my size. I am in love with it but I had troubles and thought about returning it to buy it another day when my finances allow it more. But I will give it a fuck it and keep it cause its really amazing.@@gustaveii
@benpohlmann2352 I'm glad it was useful! If any piece is worth stretching yourself a bit, I think this one fits the bill. When I got the brown one, it hung on my bedroom door for a couple of months until it was cool enough to wear outside. Even with all that exposure to it, my excitement never faded. I wish I loved my other clothes half as much. Ha! And with the black, you can get the top to toe look with it pretty easily. I regret not finishing mine with the matching trousers, but one day, they will show up for sale at an obtainable price. Since you love dispatch, keep an eye out for the Uniqlo U padded peacoat from this past winter. Sold as women's, but definitely unisex. They had black and azuki bean. It is like a warmer variant. $160 retail, but dropped as low as $20! It is a U piece I loved as much as mainline. Worth watching eBay/grailed/etc. Just get one size up from your usual men's size and you should be good.
OH man, thank you for responding to this, saw the comment come through and totally forgot to circle back. Clearly some knowledge was dropped, so thank you for that
are the crepe soles on the slippers resolable? my biggest issue is i usually burn through the soles and would suck if i cant wear them anymore. especially since crepe wears down super quick!
Can really feel Timothy's passion for the brand in this video

Nobody will know when I win the lottery but there will be signs.
hahahahahahahahaha - don't forget to bang my line

That is why I love Lemaire. It is not loud and all pieces from all collections can be mixed and matched together seamlessly.
Yes!! Can rock so easily with a ton of other stuff

This might be asking too much, but it'd be awesome to get some on-body shots. Great work guys!

Great video! Whats the id of the hoodie you wear?
That's a Visvim Amplus!
Any sizing info for the piped slipper? I wear a US men’s 11.
i'd bump to a 44 !
LETS GOOOO
my boy
Its kind of strange to present fashion items by just holding it up without wearing it themselves or using a model.
Kind of transferring my salary to Lemaire every other month. It’s ridiculous
hahahah - might join you
I know you think these mics are so cool but they are really just stupid.
lol yeah nordfresse we think they're sooooo cool
