Thank you 🙏 I wanted to share here my experience of Rav Vast V/s Hang pan. I work in the field of disability, particularly physical. I tried different tongue drums and hang pans. Rav Vast remains the most accessible, for people who have little strength. Its resonance and sensitivity is a real joy for those who access it. Unlike Hang, which has a shorter sustain. The vibration of the Rav Vast, its sustain allows me to play and make the vibration felt to those who are in Contact on the Rav Vast and who do not have the possibility of doing so. This instrument is an integral part of my sessions around listening and feeling vibration. Beautiful day 🌞
For me the most significant difference between these two instruments is that you will need to get a handpan retuned, which is an expensive and time consuming process requiring a specialist. Steel tongue drums such as the Rav Vast do not need to be retuned, as they will hold their tune when played by hand, only losing tune if you beat them hard with mallets etc.
Thank you! All my videos are recorded with AKG C411 PP. But in this case we are using an external microphone that is positioned on the floor between us. If you're interested in that I can ask Jurgen
So you invented the RAV because the Hang handpan was too expensive. I guess i'll just have to invent my own intrument too as i can't afford a RAV either 😅
Tongue Pans and Handpan have different scales to choose from. The scale can refer to the set of notes that the drum is tuned to, or to the numbered musical notation used to play the drum.
Great video, but his was Not a fair comparison. The other gentleman didn’t get a chance to say his say or play any tunes. But the last part where he plays both. Hand Pan all the way. Don’t get me wrong, the other one has it’s time and place. But hand pan is all time ⭐️ the guy didn’t even have to say anything. Lol
❤❤❤
Thank you for watching our video! Glad you loved it! Can you share your insights about this comparison video?
Thank you 🙏

Sooo… what are the best brand for handpans?
Any Hand Pans sounds the best and it depends on your preference. What I am just sure of is RAV Vast sounds the best among Tongue Pans!
can this one play all keys?

How big or how many inches wide is Rav
Hi! Our RAV Vast weighs 15 pounds with a diameter of 24 inches; Our RAV Moon weighs 7.5 pounds and a diameter of 15 inches.

очень много слов, мало музыки :)
Thanks for the feedback! You can watch our other videos for the music. :)
the main difference between Rav vast and Handpan is that 1 is from Russia and 2 is from Switzerland
The makers of the Rav Vast have relocated to Serbia.
ここ韓国には、演奏できる楽器がたくさんあります
Tell us about some of them 💙
The A is wrong on the handpan
We wouldn't say wrong, just simply different 💙
Thank you 🙏
i mean sure it’s un poco flat from what you expect but it has so much character, I wouldn’t mind it at all
