Il aurait été intéressant d'entendre ce que le préposé du wagon avait a dire en français et d'avoir la chance de lire le menu en français et de voir la gare centrale de Montréal . En passant ce n'est pas bienvenue à Québec (la ville ) mais bienvenue au Québec( la province ).

This looks like it was BC (Before Covid). Probably not available right now on VIA either.
This video was done before the covid pandemic. Form what I know, VIA still has meals in business class, but they are scaled down somewhat.
