This whole debacle is not an Armon issue, nor an Al issue, not even a Claudia issue, but rather, the entire onus of responsibility lies on the shoulders of Fox Soul. They allowed a hostile work environment to be created when they gave a green light to the Roasting of Colleagues. Why did they allow this? Eventually, somebody was going to get their feelings hurt and the outcome was going to be exactly what is happening now.

@gettheedgenow, Yes, exactly! I watched the live show, and I immediately knew there was going to be some backlash, then TK added her 2 cents! In my opinion, it was more than a roast, but more like a character assassination! I had 2nd hand embarrassment for Al, because it went too far. Then when he called FD, I knew this was going to explode, IMO, allegedly.

This highlights another reason I stopped watching Tgif because the show just started feeling really low vibrational, dumb and petty behavior and lame show topics. Funky leaving was the last straw.

@@NyarKisa - I agree with you, however, I was referring to Funky as always being prepared (not schooling in terms of education). At times, Al and Claudia were ill-prepared on topics and would defer to Funky to provide a precise opinion. Al and Funky have college degrees. Claudia didn't graduate.

I think Claudia knows exactly what she’s doing by talking to Tasha K which is why she talked to Tasha K. She knows who she is and didn’t care if it got out. I’ve ALWYAS seen through Claudia, always. Once someone tells you that they don't want you discussing something about their life on air and you do it, that can be a lawsuit for harassment and bullying - putting the show on the line...Its an HR issue... Armon is immature and it shows. If he wanted to have this conversation, do it with Al. Al, Claudia and Funky are friends off air, they spend time together outside of work because they want to.
