Also, I don’t want to alarm anybody, but there’s been a rash of stories lately about contaminated eye drops making people blind and s**t. Be careful with that stuff, make sure there are no active recalls for the stuff in your medicine cabinet.

I’m an optometrist. Please do not use visine or clear eyes, they cause more problems than they solve. Artificial tears like refresh, systane, and blink are all great for irritated and dry feeling eyes. If you want to get the red out of your eyes, use lumify, it is perfectly safe once a day.

My girl uses some tribal plant medicine eyedrops called sananga. I guess it burns the everliving shit out of her eyes every time, but apparently that's part of the point of them, and they have a lot of good side effects. They even vary in strength for people who want them to be stronger.

This conversation is one I've had countless time with young entrepreneurs. The barrier of entry has never been lower if you wanted to get into video. Anyone can make six figures now on a $5000 investment into video gear to start their own "production company".
Sony FX3, Tascam Lav mic, Neewer lights and a $80 tripod at a minimum can change your life nowadays
