I don't understand what's so hard to understand. This guy's like... a 2017 Dave Chappelle, Eddie Murphy in his own right. The video/song is nothing more than a parody sketch that we've seen from various different comedians like Marlon Wayans - Mr. Ugly Man, and the list goes on.
