As a medical massage therapist with pole clients this is SUPER helpful! Thank you so much for these videos. I was already on the right track but this gives me a better view of the positions and muscles involved.
Do you think the infra hyoid muscles would be productive to address when working on pole athletes with shoulder pain and immobility?
