I agree with you it should have been Sebastian Shaw as the anakin force ghost as it was in ROTJ where he redeemed himself and that's probably how luke would have wanted to remember his father and also that hayden christensen is too much of a reminder of the time when he unalived all those precious younglings as if they were the tusken raiders that kidnapped his moms. I feel like they may have chose to do hayden maybe because hayden himself was having a redemption arc in the Fandom as of recently.
