Cut off marks should be equal when all the categories have same resources but if resources is less for any particular society then it's cut off must be less to justify right to equality. Siddhant , I disagree with the generalization that you made regarding democracy. Since there is different systems which curtails or defines the limits of majority it is almost impossible for majority to exercise dictatorship in a democratic system.
Those who will study in government medical colleges..they should work as a government doctors in government hospital....doctor is a service professional...but most of the people..thinks it's commercial... Govt should bring an act govt seats are for who studied in government school,which course it will be...
