This seems like the worst period. Even the market are now very unpredictable. Started investing recently when the market prices were a bit high, today I am more than 60% down!
When I saw her testimonies all over the place I thought it was all made up of stories till I was convinced and gave it a try and honestly I don't regret the move I made because I invested in a big way.
I put all my eggs in the 529 basket for my 1 year old kid. I did so because I thought I couldn’t contribute to the ESA due to my income and because I thought “why would anyone contribute 2000 a year when they could do 5x or more in a 529?” I still can’t contribute to the ESA due to income, but thanks to Mark and Mat, I learned my child could, or grandparents, etc. I’ve also learned I can self direct the ESA and potentially get far better returns than the 529. Considering actually pulling some out of the 529, sucking up the taxes, and paying my kid who can then contribute to the ESA and self direct the out of it.
Mark, I appreciate you so much. Looking younger every year☺️ You mentioned that if we buy crypto to put money in it and let it grow. So if I like crypto, you’re saying, put my money in a Roth and invest in it? How do I create a Roth?
I would like to know, if estimated taxes are received by them, ends up being late through the mail(but sent on time), do they add interest & penalties on it?
Back corner where I bought the house in 2010 the market was saturated with foreclosures short sales and that sort of stuff so it was a really good time for buyers and I grabbed this house. It was a steel now I’m ready to sell it. it’s almost 3000 ft.² and it’s too much for me to take care of.
AMS89K is still extremely undervalued

Purchasing AMS89K at such a low price feels like a steal. Holding onto it for the long term seems like a smart move
Love it! The splash @ the end is pretty awesome 😂

Mark J Kohler, Your videos are fantastic! I just had to subscribe!
I have lived in the house for 15 yrs. It was a short sale and on the market for a while. I had to put 25,000 into it to make it livable

Do you have to pay taxes on profits earned in your Roth IRA when you withdrawal money after u become 59 and 1/2 years old.
this is great stuff tytyty
I think you accrued some dry-cleaning travel expenses there at the end!
I bought a house in 2010 and paid $85,000. Now it is worth approximately $400,00. How can I avoid paying Cap gains tax if I can sell it for that price
no we didn't agree to it in the way that you explain,
Sheesh, these accountants from Mars!!!
