I wouldn’t call it a masterpiece. But by far the most well-crafted boss battles were in Origins, bar none. Bane, Firefly and Deathstroke will never leave my memory
It's so crazy that origins is my favorite game. It's just too good bro, the boss fights were perfect, in my opinion they portrayed the beginning of batman too well and it was just so perfect, the beginning of batman and how aggressive he is, he is so angry and young. And using roger was the best option for a younger batman, the beginning of a relationship with the villians and batman and them beginning to fear him and especially the relationship with bane or joker with batman. They portrayed the beginning of a great rivalry between joker and batman just too good. And then you can see that the joker will start to know batman better and he knows his weaknesses, like he didn't know that batmam would not kill anyone and he tried to break him. So joker was the best in origins and had the best design as a younger joker. The story was perfect, especially bane and batman and how they knew each other. I love origins and I don't care what anyone says, it is so underrated just because of a stupid reason that rocksteady didn't make it. The Deathstroke and bane boss fights still gives me chills till this day, they don't appreciate this game much. It's definitely top 2. I understand opinions but they really should pay attention to this game more. That mission in the hotel royale is still the best mission in the series. It was perfect how you go from the sewers to the hotel and you do detective and predator stuff and you see the joker scene where he kills electrocutioner and you get his gloves, and you have to make your way up to the hotel, it was perfect. And then going to the bane fight while joker is watching. And you go save joker and actually this game really did the backstory of batman and joker justice. You can see how deep joker is. That's why I just love origins, and to point out origins was the first arkham game I played that's why I love it, it introduced me to the series. And it's the prequel so it was perfect to play first. The best joker, the best boss fights, the best character designs, the best character development, the best incantation of the villians, the perfect song, the best bruce wayne and Alfred portrayel. Hating this game is a crime.
Since you included the Joker Funhouse fight as a boss, I think Strange at the top of Wonder Tower should also be included since he can spot you through the glass and alert his guards. It also makes you pull a lot of tricks out your bag since there are a limited number of ways to enter the tower and stay hidden, making the inside all the more challenging if you take that route Plus it’s an amazing setting overlooking Arkham City as a whole being decimated by Protocol 10 and almost simulates a race against time to stop Strange. It’s a really good stealth section that I feel people overlook since it immediately leads into the Joker Cinema section Even if it isn’t a boss fight, it’s a great section in an already amazing endgame
I HAVE EYES ON TARGET! HE’S OVER THERE! Words before disaster The moment you’re spotted, it’s game over The shots start firing, grenades getting thrown, night vision goggles and proximity mines ruining your stealth. Tyger thugs were TOUGH
Quite honestly, the only two that were a problem for me that had the same issue, was Croc from Asylum and TN-1 Bane from, well, Origins. The same issue was the thrill. The only difference was Croc was downright terrifying, but on my second playthrough he was alright. And TN-1 Bane was barbaric and so huge that it also was scary, but mostly because he could yank you out of the grate in a blink of an eye, which was startling. The chase was also awesome.
I like to imagine Batman's thinking the same thing in the fights "Jeez this is repetitive" "Haha its so funny to slap the guy with the other guy" "Oh this one's fun, he's throwing molotovs"
i agree with freeze being in first place. i remember breaking nora statues thinking i’d get a achievement but then i just felt bad because i didn’t and it just made freeze sad :( he’s a villain i have a lot of sympathy for
Breaking the Nora statues is so out of character for Batman. Yeah Bruce will fight Freeze if he has to, but he's not going to needlessly destroy tributes to Freeze's wife for literally no strategic advantage whatsoever.
ik ur not including DLC’s but i loved the Croc storyline in Knight. i don’t get why people bash the character design it makes sense considering his mutation has amplified since we last saw him and he actually looks badass. it wasn’t a difficult fight but the story was interesting and i always love seeing Croc
Yeah I thought he looked best in asylum and city but like you said, his knight design does make sense. Maybe it’s just my nostalgia of asylum that makes me like that Croc design the most but he definitely looks cooler in later forms of mutation. That making origins his worst design in my opinion
@@itsyaboy7273 i personally loved his origins design. AO is based in Batman’s second year so i find it rlly cool seeing the villains in their early stages. Crocs mutation was still in the early stage in AO. i get why people wouldn’t like the design but if it were me making an early year Batman game i would design Croc similar to how WB Montreal did. if i were to change anything i’d make him a bit taller/buffer. because i can admit he still feels very human in AO and he was born with the mutation so it wouldn’t make sense for him to be nearly 30 years old and the mutation has barely done anything to him.
I would have been eight when Asylum came out and I found the Croc section pretty intense and my dad had to help me with that. I also seem to remember struggling to get into the Arkham Mansion lol.
the actual best boss is Electrocutioner in Origins. nearly impossible to beat and requires extreme skill and intelligence edit: sorry I only saw the description after posting the comment
What makes Crocs boss fight scary and overwhelming is that you’re not in control of the situation all the time and have to stay on your toes at all times while walking through a seemingly endless maze. And all you really are thinking is I gotta get outta here. It feels like a nightmare every time
A little off topic, but I wanted to thank you for introducing me to Ranking Engine, it has seriously helped me out with ranking general stuff. This is also a great list by the way!
I honestly think I'm one of the only people who like the Shiva fight. Hers and Deadshot's undamaged achievements taught me so much about the series' combat system.
What makes the Mr. Freeze boss even more awesome, is the music in the background, but this list I can agree with, well the Deathstroke one probably would’ve went in 2nd place
Dude, it was like 3am when I finally beat Deathstroke in Origins, literally 6 hours of me and my cousin losing again and again and again. Such joy. It might literally be my greatest gaming achievement ever. I was a just a kid, but when I finally got the timing right, and started redirecting the flaming barrels, I felt like a GOD
@@damonandersen7494 There is no "hard" on I Am The Night. I Am The Night is literally NG+ difficulty again but you have one life. It's a set difficulty that you can't change, unlike the base main story mode.
I know I'm late but what the hell One thing that would've made Deathstrokes fight in knight better is having multiple phases They could've kept the tank fight but the moment he jumps out and Batman tackles him, they should've changed Here's how it should go, Slade jumps out the tank and Batman tackles him onto a roof top. Slade would kick batman off him and then we'd get a fight similar to origins with it feeling like you're fighting another Batman To add to this, they could do something similar to city in following Slade, say when he's half health, he decides to retreat but you're forced to chase after him, soon you make it onto another and larger rooftop, Slade would call for some Militia soldiers to help him and you'd have to juggle fighting a more aggressive Deathstroke who is faster with his counters and hits and his soldiers Sorry if this idea isn't a great one, this is just what I think would be coo,
That would’ve been awesome, and much more in line with Deathstroke. Especially since it would kinda be in reference to the Arkham Origins trailer, where Batman has to chase him down and fight at the same time.
I have been thinking the same, imagine doing the tank battle and then when he jumps out they do some quick moves and then they circle each other in the empty and quiet street of gotham. Imagine the rain and the physics when you fight Deathstroke as they look at each other and they say some dialogues. Then they fight and suddenly they go to the rooftops and batman chases Deathstroke and then you would do the fight on top of a rooftop with a cool cutscene and then it will be dramatic and full of action, like this would literally make it the best boss ever
In Arkham asylum or Arkham city it would’ve have been really cool to see some titan thugs on the streets and roaming about like how all the carnivorous plants and lunatics were in Arkham asylum and in Arkham city it would’ve been a good change from regular groups of thugs. Like standing on top of a building and seeing a roided up titan guy walking down the amusement mile would’ve looked so cool.
What also makes the VF fight so great is when you go back, you start to work through which takedowns are least inconvenient for the rest of the fight. Like maybe you save the grate takedown so the grates are available for a little longer etc. So it's fun to go back and try to optimize.
It makes me happy that my favorite Batman villain of all time, has the best and most-highly rated boss fight from my favorite Batman game. Great video, very well explained and detailed!
With the Arkham Origins Deathstroke fight, at first it was difficult with the counter timings bc I always play hard mode with no hints, meaning no counter warnings, but once I understood the timing and when to counter his attacks he actually became a lot easier to fight against
Yeah. Deathstroke actually became one of the easier fights once I understood. Just takes awhile to beat but that’s good since it’s so fun…so the longer the better!
Glad I'm not the only one who loved the Scarecrow sequences. A lot of people hated them and thought they were tedious, but I find them enjoyable to this day. When I first played it I was just happy to see Scarecrow getting some recognition in a Batman game, but replaying them since has caused me to see those "boss fights" in a new light. Arkham Asylum already seemed like a horror game given the atmosphere and darker display, and Scarecrow amplified that. Everything leading up to those sequences was really creepy and fear inducing and I LOVED every second of it
After watching this video I still couldn't believe that I was able to beat them all and finish the games... These four games are absolutely masterpieces...
I ABSOLUTELY agree with No. 1! I have literally started new Arkham City games countless times just to fight that boss fight! I personally would place Deathstroke at No. 2 because I love the challenge but I respect the list as a whole! Well done!
The "A Matter of Family" Batgirl DLC had a really good boss fight. You and Robin have to fight Joker and Harley as well as a group of enemies. Joker and Harley go down just like most other enemies but with more health and fancy attacks. It's one of my favourites just because it lets you obliterate the Joker's bones and throw Harley around like a ragdoll
Love these vids bro. Most people hate and moan about the Knight tank battles but you recognize they’re good fights but just overplayed, I also love how you appreciate the Batmobile, while most fans are ungrateful about it. Overall I don’t 100% agree with this list but it was a great list overall. The top 3 boss fights if you ask me (not in order) is 3. AK Red Hood because the emotional cinematic feel, along with you need to be skilled to beat it. 2. The AC Ra’s Al Ghul fight because the combat is supreme along with I love the trippy majestic scenery, and ofc 1. AC Mr. Freeze because the fight makes your heart race and you actually have to be skilled and clever to win without taking a hit. That’s my top 3 (not in order) and it was very hard to decide.
when I recently replayed City I completely blanked on the fact that you could quickfire the gel and so accidentally did the fight quickfire-less it made the fight SO fun, there was so much more strategy involved and it was way more difficult than it should have been, I loved it
The Predator Sections are my favourite parts of the entire series, so my top two are definately Mr Freeze (as 1) and Deadshot (as 2), and then Arkham Knight is a little bit later on (maybe... I dunno, 5)
I got a 300 hit combo in the "fight" against Joker in Bruce's mind in Arkham Knight, since that fight ends when you use an environmental takedown to lock him away. He doesn't have a health bar, so you can do whatever you want to him, for as long as you want. I chose to beat him up for over 2 hours. After all the grief he's caused throughout the series, plus in comics and other media, I'd say he deserves it.
Imagine Origins Firefly and Deathstroke bossfights in Arkham Knight but with better choreography graphics particle effects etc... And then if they did the same for Jason Todds boss fight as they did for Deathstroke in origins that would be so awesome. Instead we just got more tank battles. Nice 😑
100/10🎉 you just made me wanna buy all arkham games, i started playing arkham knight after my dad showed it to me, now im playing it all day, cant wait to play arkham city and asylum
My favorite boss is honestly Joker in Arkham City. With the bright atmosphere, joker’s constant commentary and everything he throws at you as you progress through the fight such as Mr. Hammer and a Titan. Adding the trains that can deal a lot of damage if you get hit and the only thing to warn you is the flashing lights on the rails. So you have to be able to pay attention to multiple things at once and was the fight I had lost to the most in my play through. Difficult but not impossible which is perfect for me. Fun and lasts a decently long time and I would always try to take out Joker last.
So believe it or not, there's a Scarecrow boss fight in Arkham Knight, but it's found in the incredibly uncommon PS4 exclusive batmobile "City of Fear" (I think) challenge levels. Scarecrow appears giant like in Asylum and and you use the tank to battle him.
Freeze is one of and if not the only boss that ever had me scrambling around desperate trying to outsmart him and Ima be honest I was glad that you put him in first place.
While the excavator can be anxiety inducing your first go, it's a lot less scary knowing you just have to wait in front of each tunnel until he appears a few rows away, then shoot at him and drive through the tunnel when he gets near.
Been replaying all four games and one thing I'll give the Titan Joker fight is that it has one of my favorite tracks in the series. That little piano riff towards the beginning makes the transformation pretty hype before the stupidity of it all sinks in
What I love the most about the Funhouse fight is what happens if you go detective vision on Joker Spoilers for a game that has been out for ten years: He has no skeleton, foreshadowing that it's Clayface
Mr Freeze being #1 is truly perfect. When I first played his boss fight when I was younger, I remember being stuck on it for a whole weekend. Truly a peak boss fight.
I’m glad that someone else remembers how difficult the death stroke battle is. I haven’t played origins in a while, and I remember that fight taking me so long. I’ve seen a lot of things about people saying it’s not the most difficult but I’m glad I wasn’t crazy.
That Killer Croc section in Arkham Asylum made me suffer from absolute fear. Even I bet Batman was scared inside. He may appear all calm and ready, but he is like “WTF AM I DOING HERE??!!” in his mind.
I used the same sight you used for my fights and got almost exactly the same. I’ve played all sidebosses and dlc except the origins dlc because it’s not possible to play unless you have a pc I believe. If your interested it goes 1. Freeze (City) 2. Deathstroke (Origins) 3. Scarecrow (All of Asylum) 4. Ra’as Al Ghul (City) 5. Venom/T1 Bane (Origins) 6. Clayface (City) 7. Firefly (Origins) 8. Solomon Grundy (City) 9. Killer Croc (Asylum) 10. Riddler (Knight)
Me and my dad (i grew up playing the series with him cause we are both Batman fans) always loved Deathstroke’s boss fight in origins he’s perfectly matched with Batman cause of their hand to hand combat skills.
i love seeing bane respect. the final bane fight in origins was terrifying, one of my favourite boss fights in any game, and a very close second to freeze in the arkham series
That mr. freeze fight was sooo much fun when I first played it bc I didn’t know what else to do. I eventually got it tho and it was great. Good story beats, good level, greats stealth, amazing AI, and overall just creative.
Gonna be honest. I'm not as big a fan of the Mr Freeze boss fight as everyone else seems to be. It's cool how he learns and you can't use the same trick twice but that's kind of a gimmick to me. after beating him once you'll never struggle again, there's very little replay ability for me. Still a good fight but I prefer Deathstroke from AO as my fave. Good video :)
@@neenajoy9799 several times yes. still feel like it can be boiled down to a list of gadgets to use. Never died to Mr freeze once in all my time playing AC.
I dunno, call me crazy, but I seriously liked the cloudburst fight. Genuinely got chills during that fight because of how cool I thought it was.
It took me 30 Minutes to beat Deathstroke with no damage (One of the most difficult achievements in the game) Edit: I just want to emphasize I’m not complaining, if anything that just means I’m impressed by how skilled you have to be to complete the boss perfectly.
Not to mention the fact that the Mr. Freeze boss fight in Arkham City is terrifying. Scares the absolute crap out of me. It perfectly makes you feel useless. It shows that even Batman isn’t unstoppable. Perfectly written predator boss fight!

I’m actually unsure which Deadshot battle I prefer. I like origins because his aiming and crew, also he has more health. On the other hand I like the concept that he’s a one shot kill in City. Well obviously I prefer origins because it’s at least more of a boss fight. Deathstroke in Knight is the worst.

@@raystevenson7827 imo it’s a masterpiece
It also makes you pull a lot of tricks out your bag since there are a limited number of ways to enter the tower and stay hidden, making the inside all the more challenging if you take that route
Plus it’s an amazing setting overlooking Arkham City as a whole being decimated by Protocol 10 and almost simulates a race against time to stop Strange.
It’s a really good stealth section that I feel people overlook since it immediately leads into the Joker Cinema section
Even if it isn’t a boss fight, it’s a great section in an already amazing endgame
LOL, that's why I stay always outside. Damn Strange.
he can do that?
Yeah I only found out when I tried a no-grapple run 😂
I HAVE EYES ON TARGET!
HE’S OVER THERE!
Words before disaster
The moment you’re spotted, it’s game over
The shots start firing, grenades getting thrown, night vision goggles and proximity mines ruining your stealth. Tyger thugs were TOUGH
LOL im ngl i just stayed in the vent the whole time using basic takedown, then used smoke pellets and trusty ol’ beatdowns for the remaining ones xd
The environments for the Freeze, Scarecrow, TN1-Bane, and Croc boss fights are amazing.
mines like a 74 as nightwing
Quite honestly, the only two that were a problem for me that had the same issue, was Croc from Asylum and TN-1 Bane from, well, Origins. The same issue was the thrill. The only difference was Croc was downright terrifying, but on my second playthrough he was alright. And TN-1 Bane was barbaric and so huge that it also was scary, but mostly because he could yank you out of the grate in a blink of an eye, which was startling. The chase was also awesome.
Mr freeze genuinely terrified me as a kid. One of the best boss battles ever
Same
I got nightmares from the Arkham Asylum Scarecrow
SAME, he lives in my head rent free, the voice and environment changing adds so much
@@Cookie-fe7mn LITERALLY, it adds a whole new element of panic because you have to adapt and it’s different from other boss battles
Agreed. There’s just something so scary about him slowly hunting you down throughout the abandoned GCPD
I like to imagine Batman's thinking the same thing in the fights
"Jeez this is repetitive"
"Haha its so funny to slap the guy with the other guy"
"Oh this one's fun, he's throwing molotovs"
"I think I heard a crunch when I punched that dudes face"
Deathstroke fight was the first time I sweated playing a videogame, i will never forget that.
My favorite boss fight ever.
i agree with freeze being in first place. i remember breaking nora statues thinking i’d get a achievement but then i just felt bad because i didn’t and it just made freeze sad :(
he’s a villain i have a lot of sympathy for
Agreed
I really loved his knight design as he looks scary af
croc is best villain 😂
I remember how I flexed on my dad about beating mr freeze when he couldn’t (I was an 8 year old btw).
nice
Omg no way I did the same
Ha ha lol I could imagine doing this when I was 8
I did the same but with deadshot fight
I would have been eight when Asylum came out and I found the Croc section pretty intense and my dad had to help me with that. I also seem to remember struggling to get into the Arkham Mansion lol.
the actual best boss is Electrocutioner in Origins. nearly impossible to beat and requires extreme skill and intelligence
edit: sorry I only saw the description after posting the comment
Yeah I agree that boss fight was sO hArD
Bro it took me 2 days to finally beat him, don’t know what the devs were thinking on this one
Correct. It took me a week to beat him. If you don’t want a challenge, go fight Arkham knight Riddler
It took me around 90 hours to get through it, even considered dropping the game
It was so hard, compared to mr freeze. Electricutioner could easily one-shot me and his difficulty was to the point I was close to returning the game.
Could you tell me the website please
I honestly think I'm one of the only people who like the Shiva fight. Hers and Deadshot's undamaged achievements taught me so much about the series' combat system.
You mean Deathstroke?
@@Samuel152 Whoops, yeah, Deathstroke, but Deadshot's was awesome too. Top 3 bosses in my opinion.
Yeah, I was about to say, there's only achievements about fighting Deathstroke and Shiva undamaged.
I like deadshots boss fight from Arkham origins
Hers was so basic though
What makes the Mr. Freeze boss even more awesome, is the music in the background, but this list I can agree with, well the Deathstroke one probably would’ve went in 2nd place
This is the best UA-cam video I’ve ever seen thank you so much for making this
Dude, it was like 3am when I finally beat Deathstroke in Origins, literally 6 hours of me and my cousin losing again and again and again. Such joy. It might literally be my greatest gaming achievement ever. I was a just a kid, but when I finally got the timing right, and started redirecting the flaming barrels, I felt like a GOD
I love the fight, but it gets so easy after a while if you learn how to cheese it
@@damonandersen7494 yeah but you should try it on max difficulty it makes it more fun
@@don8764 I've beat the game on hard on I am the night 😎
@@damonandersen7494 There is no "hard" on I Am The Night. I Am The Night is literally NG+ difficulty again but you have one life. It's a set difficulty that you can't change, unlike the base main story mode.
I know I'm late but what the hell
One thing that would've made Deathstrokes fight in knight better is having multiple phases
They could've kept the tank fight but the moment he jumps out and Batman tackles him, they should've changed
Here's how it should go, Slade jumps out the tank and Batman tackles him onto a roof top. Slade would kick batman off him and then we'd get a fight similar to origins with it feeling like you're fighting another Batman
To add to this, they could do something similar to city in following Slade, say when he's half health, he decides to retreat but you're forced to chase after him, soon you make it onto another and larger rooftop, Slade would call for some Militia soldiers to help him and you'd have to juggle fighting a more aggressive Deathstroke who is faster with his counters and hits and his soldiers
Sorry if this idea isn't a great one, this is just what I think would be coo,
That would’ve been awesome, and much more in line with Deathstroke. Especially since it would kinda be in reference to the Arkham Origins trailer, where Batman has to chase him down and fight at the same time.
Cool idea
When’s this cut of the game dropping?
The problem with knight was that they focused everything on the bat mobile mechanic and left the combat thing
Thank you for putting so much effort into this!
4 - Ra's
3 - Freeze
2 - Deathstroke
1 - Electricutioner (smh how could you forget him :,( )
Check the description.
best boss fight so hard
With the Arkham Origins Deathstroke fight, at first it was difficult with the counter timings bc I always play hard mode with no hints, meaning no counter warnings, but once I understood the timing and when to counter his attacks he actually became a lot easier to fight against
Its never easy even if perfect the timing too because he's too durable
Yeah. Deathstroke actually became one of the easier fights once I understood. Just takes awhile to beat but that’s good since it’s so fun…so the longer the better!
That's just getting better at games generally speaking.
Everything leading up to those sequences was really creepy and fear inducing and I LOVED every second of it
I honestly thought this video would have millions of views
Great vid
After watching this video I still couldn't believe that I was able to beat them all and finish the games...
These four games are absolutely masterpieces...
Not really lol
@@italianfoodname534 Your opinion.
I ABSOLUTELY agree with No. 1! I have literally started new Arkham City games countless times just to fight that boss fight! I personally would place Deathstroke at No. 2 because I love the challenge but I respect the list as a whole! Well done!
The charisma fight is my FAVORITE- and your points are all true, yet somehow I can't stop loving it.
One thing I like about the mister freeze boss fight is that you can't grapple to gargoyles, which makes it more hard and fun.
That joker funhouse brings me good memories. I remember playing with joker for like 10 minutes before the fight even started lmfao
Sadly he didn’t mention any of the DLC boss fights
Why can't the boss fights ever just be you and the villian they always have to add goons to it
@@christianalexander579 to make it more challenging
I'm waiting for the day someone asks me "whats the best boss battle of all time" so I can say "Mr Freeze from Arkham City"
Personally I would've put Deathstroke and Bane in Origins as 1 And 2
same
Respectfully
when I recently replayed City I completely blanked on the fact that you could quickfire the gel and so accidentally did the fight quickfire-less
it made the fight SO fun, there was so much more strategy involved and it was way more difficult than it should have been, I loved it
The Predator Sections are my favourite parts of the entire series, so my top two are definately Mr Freeze (as 1) and Deadshot (as 2), and then Arkham Knight is a little bit later on (maybe... I dunno, 5)
Yeah Mr. Freeze is definitely the best, but Deadshot is my least favorite in the series.
Deadshot didn't have a good boss fight in my opinion
Wait do you mean Deadshot in Origins or City?

*Me literally comparing that battle to the first boss battle in Crash Bandicoot 3*
I was able to get a 108 hit combo on Albert King in my recent play through, which is the biggest combo I’ve gotten in the whole series
Nice
I got a 300 hit combo in the "fight" against Joker in Bruce's mind in Arkham Knight, since that fight ends when you use an environmental takedown to lock him away. He doesn't have a health bar, so you can do whatever you want to him, for as long as you want. I chose to beat him up for over 2 hours. After all the grief he's caused throughout the series, plus in comics and other media, I'd say he deserves it.

The excavator was extremely scary and maybe it was just me being so immersed in the game but I had really bad anxiety after the fight.
It is so good and so timeless of a game, even now the DETAILS in the series is so good
Love you channel dude. Know I’m a little late but i binge played the Arkham series and this was the perfect explanation of the bosses.
Imagine Origins Firefly and Deathstroke bossfights in Arkham Knight but with better choreography graphics particle effects etc...
And then if they did the same for Jason Todds boss fight as they did for Deathstroke in origins that would be so awesome.
Instead we just got more tank battles.
Nice 😑
Holy shit a Jason Todd boss fight that would be similar to something like death stroke. That would’ve been godly
I agree completely, one of the best games made. I'm glad you didn't just trash on Origins since it is still my favorite game from the four.
Grundy was always one of my favorites, not even because it was mechanically great but just because I thought Grundy was so cool.
A great video! It's cool to see others perspective on the Arkham Games
100/10🎉 you just made me wanna buy all arkham games, i started playing arkham knight after my dad showed it to me, now im playing it all day, cant wait to play arkham city and asylum
I got an ad for Red Robin before the video. Tim is following me!!
That all sounded so awesome until you mentioned the tank. Dang.

That little piano riff towards the beginning makes the transformation pretty hype before the stupidity of it all sinks in
What I love the most about the Funhouse fight is what happens if you go detective vision on Joker
Spoilers for a game that has been out for ten years:
He has no skeleton, foreshadowing that it's Clayface
It turns out that a group of D list villains is what finally slumped Batman.

I love the firefly fight in Origins. Also, fun fact about Mr Freeze: if you destroy the statues of Nora during the fight, it pisses him off
I’m glad that someone else remembers how difficult the death stroke battle is.
If your interested it goes

2. Deathstroke (Origins)
3. Scarecrow (All of Asylum)
4. Ra’as Al Ghul (City)
5. Venom/T1 Bane (Origins)
6. Clayface (City)
7. Firefly (Origins)
8. Solomon Grundy (City)
9. Killer Croc (Asylum)
10. Riddler (Knight)

Gonna be honest. I'm not as big a fan of the Mr Freeze boss fight as everyone else seems to be. It's cool how he learns and you can't use the same trick twice but that's kind of a gimmick to me. after beating him once you'll never struggle again, there's very little replay ability for me. Not to mention the fact that the Mr. Freeze boss fight in Arkham City is terrifying. Scares the absolute crap out of me. It perfectly makes you feel useless. It shows that even Batman isn’t unstoppable. Perfectly written predator boss fight!
I want a new Batman Arkham game so bad...
With GOOD boss fights like AC and Origins
Shame they scrapped the fifth arkham game for gotham knights
I think the excavator chase in Arkham Knight deserved to be a little higher. That chase was truly terrifying and pure nightmare fuel. Jason- erm- I mean the Arkham Knight moved so quickly with his razor blad tank thing. Pretty scary.

The batmobile in knight is cool and all but it was WAY over used for fights.
Deathstroke, Scarecrow, and Freeze are interchangeably #1 for me
Arkham Origins was the first game of the series I ever played at like age 12 or smth and my god was I stuck on the Deathstroke fight for ages. I felt so fulfilled when I finally managed to beat him.
