- It has been an extremely long time since I’ve last played Iida on the channel so today we’re fixing that. Part of the reason I neglected him for so long is because of the exploit that he’s had since season 1 of My Hero Ultra Rumble which effectively made me like him less and less but hopefully season 5 can fix that. Had an Ace rank with us in Unranked the other day. He was a really good player but kept pushing fights he probably shouldn't have. Managed to res him twice and we both ended up dying in the final circle, leaving my brother to clutch up. Your last match with that Kiri reminded me of that lol

Finally my time to shine
U can make a combo string using melee only and do about 5 of them (on turbos activated) so if u only do 4 u can do the 5th hit to be any quirk skill attack like the beta but u gotta jump before doing it. It doesnt matter what melees u do except the "sweep" finisher that he does, u can cancel the melers faster by sprinting just a little forward and it works better on flesh (no shield) enemies. Try hopping into training mode to practice this

1) when u use Plus Ultra u can just pop the turbos right there u wont have to suffer consecuences from it since the plus ultra lvls run out before the turbo does and since it couns as a lvl change they deactivate (like using a lvl up card but down lol)
2) Helping teammates in true ingenium fashion is the better playstyle, like u fight ur own fight then get some time to help ur teammates (like a guardbreak on the enemy) and since most wont catch up it will become a 2v1 situation which u gotta do *fast*
3) Always stay moving, u arent built up like a kirishima

@@CharismaticDemon_ yet im not ace rank [not enough time, competent teammates (yes u need a team that doesnt need babysitting 24/7) and strong device to play (aka, good pc to survive the very badly optimized "new" map)]

Right Before Your Opponent hits You, Quickly Activate Ya Gamma
Your Teammate Can either Revive You, or You Can get back up & Remain invisible. While invisible You Can Still Run & Heal, however Taking loot Will Deactivate the Glitch. Don’t attack during the Glitch or You’ll become visible

Did you see or hear about the mirio leak I can't wait to see gameplay and I would definitely main him because bro is him,able to 1v1 overhaul without a quirk (legend says the writer had his quirk taken so mirio would have to stand on business)

You can definitely see how playing a rapid character just gets you lost in the momentum so much so that you just distance yourself from your team accidentally. Playing with rapids is tough for that reason sometimes.

Not really. All I did was get into a match talk to myself for about 10 min and upload it and got traction somehow

Alpha>Alpha>Beta is finnicky, I think it only works if the target is at a lower elevation than you when you started the combo, that's why you were struggling to land it so much. Basically you need to go downhill or fall on someone for it to work, I believe? Alpha>Alpha>Alpha or Alpha>Alpha>Melee are much more consistent.

I actually haven't played iida in forever since he used to be my main but as far as I remember alpha into beta was only true when they had shields. They did do a change to how it combos in season 4 though? I'm not sure if it's true at all anymore I haven't tried him in season 4. I do feel like I can jump out of it way more often now.

If it’s on the new map if someone’s chasing you make use of corners to launch surprise gamma freezes at them. Other then that just about hitting your shots and making use of your ice shield. Trying to catch opponents wake ups whenever they get knocked down by something with your gamma is good too
