The names of those hands drums are "panderos de plenas" or just "pleneras." They are usually sold in a set of 3 panderos ("Requinto, Segundo and Seguidor"). All of them are played with a different rhythm that, together, make the sound of puertorican plena, that is the music that you heard in this video.
@@armandoe.rivero8550 Thanks for the names of those hand drums. I was playing in a coffee shop using a Bomba Barrel Drum. Those hand drums would have made a nice sound when the other person was drumming. I am going to try and find a set of 3 to buy. Cornell
