BBA finance is a good fit. And yes you can pursue CMA USA with graduation or after graduation would also be fine. One advice, utilize the graduation time best you can.
CMA India is even more expensive. Watch the complete Video. CMA USA is one of the cheapest professional qualification out there. If you cannot afford that then look for qualifications such as CFP, CWM etc. If even that is expensive look for working on your skills like Data Analytics, NCFM, NISM certifications, or softwares like SAP, Excel etc.

Indian CMA is best , no doubt. But they do not have MOU or direct memebership with US CMA. India CMAs have to clear both parts to become US CMA , just like everyone else. And not everybody can pursue CMA India being a tough course requiring long period of time to clear.
