UPSC exam pattern must be changed as technology evolving. Memory is not Intelligence. UPSC commission must look into other aspects of candidates how do they perform under mental stress, social challenges, technology usage etc...
These aspects are already in place upsc panel dont need your suggestions. They know how to test candidate in interview. They wil test in all possible ways.
Only thing is they cant predict future of candidate character where he might be honest or may be corrupted.
Upsc is not based on memory tbh... Only uninformed people think so.
