    I have a similar question as some others on this thread - does this only apply for live playing or the loops as well? When I play a loop everything comes though all the outputs. I don't want my keyboards or rhythm loops to come through my guitar amp. It works when I am recording, but when I play the loop back it comes through everything. Only way I have been able to separate out has been assigning each track to a separate output, and only playing one instrument per track. This works but then I can't do single track recording and use each track as a part for a song. Am I missing something or is there another way? please help! Thanks!

      Did you manage to set up fills using the 600 only? Had another person ask how to initiate fills at will and must admit I'm stumped 😂

    Great Teej, your video has clarified this for me a lot, but would there be a way to fire fills on the flay from the Rc?
    I mean, for me what would be fantastic is to use this configuration that allows you to jump between the different parts of a song, but at the same time having the possibility of the "fills" that I mentioned above, thanks.

    OK thank you very much for your videos Teej. Particulary for the video about assign mode to affect rythm with track...I have to work about it and to translate it because I'm french...and everybody knows we speak english like spanish cows ;-))
    So I have a special question for you, because I think you are a master of the rc 600.
    I have the same configuration like you, I play guitar on a Marshall, I play piano, and I'm using rythm of rc600. Guitar is on sub 1 output to the Marshall, piano and rythm on main output to another ampli. Routing is ok. But...If I configure like this, I cannot hear directly the fx. I hear fx applied to the guitar when a track recorded is playing, but If I play guitar without recording, I cannot hear fx. The only way to hear fx directly is to put all settings in output/routing/input-rythm/sub 1 in the position "on". Obviously I hear piano tracks in the Marshall.
    Thank you for your answer, and please excuse me for my english
    Clo.

    Thanks for this! I'm considering ordering this unit, but would you help me with a question? The Boss manual online says that you can route all six loops to six seperate mono outputs. I'd like to do that for recording and keeping 6 mono tracks totally independent. Have you tried this? Thanks so much in advance!

    Hey Teej thanks for making these helpful videos. I have this situation where I want to bypass the mic as not to record while recording the guitar. Is it any possible way to bypass the inputs straight to output without recording them as a loop?? I just want to use mic for singing with fx on and not to record. Your help would be much appreciated.

    I have a really important question though as I am trying to figure out how to run one myself…
    How many separate outputs can you have for different amps?
    Meaning if I want to have four separate tracks running through four separate amplifiers can I do that?

    Teej. Help. I have everything split correctly. But when I record a loop and press play it comes out of my amp and front for house. How do I keep it from doing that?

  • @MrWackspoon
    @MrWackspoon 2 роки тому

    Does this also aply to the loops you make? So it doesnt matter on wich track you record the guitar it will alwas go to the guitar amp?

    Hello - I've had no success transfering the midi drum patterns I made on the Alesis SR16 to my RC600. It will record the audio output, but changing the tempo of that sound bad. How do you record the midi output of the drum machine? It is receiving the midi signal in the RC mixer but the record track light flashes red.

    Does the panning delay (Input effect) still work when you're running in MONO (with just 1 mono input) but then routing that mono input to both a L+R output ???

    actually, I'm about to use the rc 600 for target practice. yeah you can route audio in a really counterintuitive, wonky way. then when you play back your track... everything plays through everything... got bass and drums coming through my guitar amp... ruining it... tearing it to shreds... probably should sue boss. I'm sooooo disgusted with boss right now I can barely contain my rage.

      I've got the same problem. It seems that there is no way to split loop playback into 2 separate amps. Have you found a solution to this?

    • @clemdog76
      @clemdog76 Рік тому +1

      @@harrilinnainmaa3588 you mic your amp and do all playback through a full range system. You can route track playback 1-6 to any chosen output but, I use single mode... like a song mode that negates the track routing. Boss said there is no way around it if you use song or single mode.

    Does the rhythm have to be sent to sub out? I tried sending rhythm to main and guitars to sub Call mom and follow all your steps. It did not work.
