Madam as you are saying in this lecture that Right to the Property does not come in the Fundamental Rights. However, in the recent speech of Hon’ble CJI talked about varied Amendments in the year 2018-19 Hence he also talked about the Fundamental Right to the Property. So, MY QUESTION IS WHETHER RIGHT TO THE PROPERTY IS INCLUDING IN THE LIST OF FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS ?

There are three lists that has given in our Indian Constitution on the basis of our government can enjoy its power. No 1-Union List/Central List. No 2-state List. No 3-Concurrent List. Union List-In this list only Central/Union Government can make law.For Eg:- Railways etc. State List:-In this only state can make law for his state.Eg:- Ban of Liquor in Bihar. Concurrent List:-In this list both Central or State Government can make law.Eg:-Education.
Thanks for your guidance mam. After listening your all videos I don't need to open my book and read the chapter. It saves my lot of time. Once again thank u mam. 😊😊😊

@Atharva Shekokhar There is no much difference between the two. The right of the people to vote and elect their representatives is called franchise. Adult franchise means that the right to vote should be given to all adult citizens without the discrimination of caste, class, colour, religion or sex. It demands that the right to vote should be equally available among all. To deny any class of persons from exercising this right is to violate their right to equality. the system of adult franchise is the bedrock of a democratic system. People are called political sovereign because they possess the right to vote a government into power, or to vote a government out of power Universal adult franchise enables all citizens to be involved in the governance of their state. They do so by electing their representatives who govern to serve and protect the interests of the people. Article 326 Elections to the House of the People and to the Legislative Assemblies of States to be on the basis of adult suffrage.- The elections to the House of the People and to the Legislative Assembly of every State shall be on the basis of adult suffrage; that is to say, every person who is a citizen of India and who is not less than eighteen years of age on such date as may be fixed in that behalf by or under any law made by the appropriate Legislature and is not otherwise disqualified under this Constitution or any law made by the appropriate Legislature on the ground of non-residence, unsoundness of mind, crime or corrupt or illegal practice, shall be entitled to be registered as a voter at any such election.
Adult franchise says every adult citizen should get voting rights Suffrage ( movement) Was done by people to get the voting rights that is adult franchise rights :)

Federalism is referred to the existence of more than one level of government in a country. In India we have government at state level and at centre. The panchayati is the third level of government
India is a secular country because there is no official religion of the country and even govt.of India will not interfere in any religious matter, in order to promote religious eqalities .

Ma'am I've a doubt, is the universal adult suffrage and universal adult franchise same? Pls answer
@Atharva Shekokhar

Explanation in simple words is so important for students
Thank u mam for explaining for my tomorrow's exam
Mam why we say that India is a secular state...
And why wo not say that India is a secular country..?
India is a secular country because there is no official religion of the country and even govt.of India will not interfere in any religious matter, in order to promote religious eqalities .
Because here state means a vast bounded area it doesn't stands for the partition of country into small states
