Update: They texted me on May 30, 2022 that the replacement for the controller has arrived. I went there on June 2, 2022 to receive a brand new and sealed controller. We tested it today, June 3, 2022 and got disappointed.
Update: For now (May 6, 2022), I have returned the item to the store for warranty. I'll still have to wait for their technical analysis/result in about three weeks. They did acknowledge that Dobe's wireless controller is a third-party DS4 controller, and were expecting something like this.

And today, we’ll be unboxing this
DOBE PS4 Wireless Controller.
Let’s go.
Before we do that, just a little backstory on why I bought this.
I have the dualshock 4 that came with the PS4
And over time, its PS button isn’t responding anymore.
So, I bought this cheap knock off for 640 Pesos.
Unsurprisingly, it sucks.
Joystick drift, y-axis can’t reach 100%, shady battery.
Ending, I just switched their ribbon connector and it fixed the PS button on the OG DS4.
An original dualshock 4 costs 3000 pesos
So, I when I saw this on Datablitz’ post with a price of 995 Pesos,
I said “ohhh---kaaaaay”
It also comes in black for a cheaper 895 Pesos.
Enough chitchat, let’s unbox this.

I really like the clicky and tactile buttons on this.
The design is not as circular but still ergonomic.
It works like a regular controller, can wake up the ps4 with the PS button
The brackets really feel like it's absorbing my sweat,
unlike the original dualshock, where you have to wipe it off when you get too sweaty.
It has almost half the battery capacity compared to the original,
so you'll be charging more frequent for long sessions, or should probably use this with a cable.
Half the capacity, but three times less the price.
The only downside, at least on my controller, is that it has deadspots on its right analog stick.
This is the same issue that I complained about the fake controller that I bought.
Could it be just mine? I don't know.
I wish they had better quality control.
My cousin bought an Android controller for less than this and it doesn't have an issue with the analog stick.

Would I recomend it?
It's hard to recommend a product that you are not guaranteed to be without issue.
How I wish that I chose the black one instead so that I'd waste less money.
What I'll suggest is you save up some money and buy an authentic dualshock, or wait for Playstation anniversary, holiday, or State of Play sale.

have a astro a10 pluged into this and the audio keeps cutting out, how do i fix this.
Bought the controller out of curiosity for its affordable price. Been 6 months already. Only issue is the joystick dead-zone, meaning there is no input if you lightly tilt the joysticks, so games requiring precise stick movements are a big no no like shooters.. other than that, it's a solid controller for other games with buttons still working properly
From personal experience and hearing from others, sounds like thats 90% of ps4 knockoff controllers. Xbox had some really great 3rd party options in which you would get basic features at lower price or additional feats at stock price.

Yep. Di siya nakalagay sa manual pero need mo i-long press yung share button (yung left side start button) pati yung ps key para mag pairing mode siya.

Do you use D-pad or analog stick in fighting games?
(I don't play fighting games, so I really don't know... 😅)
D-pad is fine. You might miss some commands when using analog stick with this controller.

@@ranzudezuLRTC it's hard to find good controller for fighting games better to find the original.last one look at the d pads its different from ps4/ps3 controller..it will be hard when you slide like d/f or d/b.

Analog stick is bad. Already tried 2 replacement controllers, same issues. Passable for Player-2. 😅

Would you recommend this controller for FPS games like Apex Legends?
No. The controller that I bought and the replacement that I got (for warranty) both had faulty analog stick. It's hard to recommend this brand.

I guess 6/10. Analog sticks always have deadzones, I tried RMA 2 times. Smaller battery. Just good for temporary until you can find an original controller.
Do you think this is a good purchase for playing only single player games?
I think it's just fine for slow-paced single player games.

@ztjatj berable enough, but I think you won't get satisfied with the square triangle circle cross buttons. But for me I use it fine, however not the best for fighting games but for the price I can't complain
