Great to hear you love the content. These videos do take a LOT of work, so get the word out because more people can gain detailed info. I've retired from being a fee-for-service buyers agent, as my focus is on development/JV (with the right people). Most buyers agents charge anywhere from $15k - $40k to source profitable development sites. To be honest, this is not enough as genuinely GOOD DEALS are as rare as hen's teeth in Perth. I'm happy to point you in the direction of good operators in each state - just flick me a message on LinkedIn. GST was in the feasibility - it would be about $35k less credits on the Margin Scheme.
Thanks, very nice case study! Will banks loan based on the land value for such short term projects or don't they bother? Anything around 75% ltv would be great. Giving up 15% apr interest or profit share to a (capital) partner is eating into your profits heavily

No, I didn't delete your comment. All the effort I put in explaining an alternative is lost. Other UA-camrs can report comments, and censorship is something I don't support. This is regardless of how different my opinion is to yours. In fact, I see common ground with unsustainable population growth being the root problem.
