This is why I wait until after Thanksgiving to decorate for decorate for Christmas.

In a world that wants us to always busy and selfish, lest slow down for thanksgiving. Let’s focus on want it means to be thankful.
But on the day after thanksgiving! Let’s celebrate Christmas!!

I agree with you, seems they start with Christmas before Halloween, Soon it will be starting right after the 4th of July. Great job with the lights.

Seems lately it's been Happy Hallothanksgivemasyear starting in September. Just let it come like it should. We would put up our outside lights the day after Thanksgiving and neighbors would scowl or give snarky comments passing by walking their dogs, F'em lol... After a few years they all started doing it too.
