this video was perfect fun and homey and inviting and creating community by the running commentary as you go.Thank you! I can't wait to see more of your mother's quilt blocks. Yes yes to sit and stitch with whatever is on your mind or in your hands! The range of your interests is astonishing! I am currently getting my hands used to a needle again as I gave up appliqué on quilts because of them. Slow stitching is just the ticket! Just as when I quilted 'full time', there are so many slow stitch/kwandi projects rolling about in my head! One 'mug rug' down and so many to go! I love the fabric from your shop and that alone can keep me busy. Choosing is the fun and hard part. See you soon!! p.s. also please some more about how where when you journal :) :)

I know what you mean about change. It can be a struggle and it can rattle your emotions something awful sometimes but trying to go with flow helps, like you said. I would love to see your mom’s quilt blocks and see how you work on them! Can’t wait to see you down at the beach!!
I can't wait to show you moms blocks! I'm currently cleaning and unpacking. Even though I clean it when I leave it's always quite dusty and dirty when I get back! And the amount of stuff I drag back and forth!!!!! It's crazy! Thanks for being here! 💜

The top black metal tray with florals was just like one my grandma Cara Belle had. Made me smile😁. Maybe a little smudging around your golf cart will encourage it to be kind to you. 🤩 Nothing you post to me seems boring...just sitting down with an ole' friend and having some conversations - I love it. 💟Be gentle to your body and don't over do. @@JeriBellini I believe us ladies have a lot in common, so when you do a giggle or a silly - I laugh and say to my husband "Does she know me?" ADHD and ESP may be my labels, but I am told I am very entertaining to be about because they don't know what I say or do next (in a kind way).

The greek philosophers already knew it, panta rhei. Which translates something like everything flows. Doesn't mean we can't mourn things. Realizing this though, makes me enjoy good things now and know that bad things will pass.
For packing I have lists to keep the brainwork down and I bring complete projects on holiday but I have never been away from home for 4 months.

OMG, the doll at the top of your frame is MY doll from when I was 5 years old, 6 years old! My baby doll! My sister had stored her and a couple other dolls in her garage, and I didn't know that or see them till 2003 or so. It was amazing. I looked at her face, and I recognized her. The child that is still a part of me KNEW her. I have her now up here right above my desk. -Barbara Clark p.s. it's fun to watch you get reaady for this trip. That was one of the babies I got last week! I'll have to show you guys the rest of my family... AND I got an old doll house, now I have 2. I'm going to bring one down here and "the Littles" and I will decorate it in an abandoned house fashion this summer. Last week we picked up a really RUSTY one, it's a horror and I love it! I put it out on my front porch. I'll have to share a pic soon! 💜

Great flea market finds. Lovely view. Fun oacking along with you, too. I am sorry things are changing in a sad way at this time. I have had too many friends move, and know just what you are going through. One example is My best friend's husband was transferred t to Poland. It was supossed to be for three years. Seven years later they are srill there. We FaceTime frequently and have not allowed dustance to seoerate us. Get theese people together and make a plan. Take out your calendars, pencil in dates to have an annual reunion, some lunches, meet at the flea market go out for breakfast after. You can do it!!! TFS. 🙏🥰.
Yes, you are so right! You have to make time and figure it out. I meet up with my summer friends at a middle point, we have lunch at a place that lets us hang out for a while. It's so fun! 💜

Absolutely! My best friend was killed in a car accident years ago and I've missed her terribly. I don't have any friends at my new house in PA and is why I love coming to the beach so much. I've already had a nice visit with one that I really enjoy being with. All my friends are long distance now. Thanks for watching! 💜
