I am in awe of how gluto immediately started adapting to Kurama's increased agression, more freely throwing out hitboxes knowing Kurama would be in his space to be intercepted, and he started ledge trapping him better, since Kurama's unwillingness to wait took the question of timing out of the equation; its not a matter of when the aggressive option would come, but which.
Well it’s kinda easy to do that when you have faster airspeed and effective aerials, while still outraging Mario.
This mu is not even, but at the very least slight win for Wario.

Naah I think Wario outrages Mario slightly. Mario has no disjoints at all except for fireball and Wario’s moves have high priority.

Kurama’s gameplay was off this match like he kept making the same mistakes air dodged towards gluto up b’s too early and he’s not doing his go to starter combo. Not to mention he’s doing other moves that make no sense
His character’s entire gameplay is grab and rising aerials. It’s how he gets his combo game started. Glutto was just not giving it to him and when your playing Mario, arguably the stubbiest character in the game, it’s kinda hard to get in against a character that outrages you, travel way faster in the air, and kill you at 50 with an armoured protected comeback mechanic.
Both Glutto and Kurama agreed that this mu is slight win for Wario because of that.
