I love football. There's so many things in this sport that makes me happy and cry and makes me laugh and I love it way too much. And this guy, Tomas Rosicky is probably one of the main reason why I fell in love with football! There are actually a few players that make me feel so enthusiastic and passionate and makes me fall in love with the sport and themselves. There are a few players who make me smile and said “Wow”. No, I am not the one who is amazed by Messi and Neymar and Ronaldo! They are great, but I love heart and passion and someone who I can look up to. Tomas Rosicky always had something special. I loved his virtuosity more than anything. When he had the ball at his feet all seemed so natural… His famous nickname “Little Mozart” couldn’t be more appropriate. Wenger said it best:“If you love football, you love Tomas Rosicky”. His Arsenal career just came to an end - 246 appearances, 28 goals.Unfortunately, his potential and the great talent were never truly seen in the real world. People always laughed at me when I said he is world class and he is up there with the best midfielders in the world, but nobody ever recognized or ever got to see his true qualities. And that's just shameful. The role model of a leader and warrior. The role model of a person with deep passion. The role model of the person that never gave up both on and off the pitch. The one who stayed when others left us, and not only leave us they left us to join our enemies. He stayed. He stayed loyal and true! The old French man never gave him game time even when he produced back to back MOTM performances, but yet he stayed and never complained. You won't ever find someone more professional and more amazing than Tomas Rosicky! All these injuries he had (53!!!! IN 10 years with us! 1 of which left him out for 18 months!!!!) only made him stronger. Nothing was able to break his will and endless love for football. He lost his first child before he was even born. But still he carried on! Nothing and no one was capable to destroy his positive and warm heart. My football idol, my hero and by far one of my biggest inspiration. One of those I respect and admire the most in the world. Thank you for the memories my dear Tomas. May your future be bright and filled with happiness. Wherever you decide to go, I will follow. Love you Tommy, always have and always will. Never stop impressing the world of football. ❤. I am literally weeping like a baby! I can't handle the fact that he left! And the tribute the club gave him was just way too emotional for me! Considering he is my all time favorite player and how I loved him through and through it was more touching to me. Everyone wearing his jersey, giving him guard of honour, giving him silver cannon award for 10 years of service! Fans singing his name throughout! This club meant the world to Rosicky and I'm glad he got a great send off. Really want to keep seeing him play. Wherever you go Rozza I'll follow. You'll forever be my favorite player. I can't write more because I can't control my emotions now because I'm about to cry whilst I write, thank you Rosicky. We Arsenal fans are grateful to have had you in our team and to see you play in front of us. Legend for our club and in our hearts forever. I'll never forget you Tomas. Farewell Little Mozart. Farewell to a legend. :'(
You are a legend, man. You know, he is my favourite footballer since I was 12, now I am 21. I copied him from his outside of the foot technique to his flashy wrist bands. Reading your comment has made me tear up like a baby. It's only now I have fully realized that he is indeed gone and I had been subconsciously ignoring this fact because I wasn't bold enough to accept it. This comment gave me a partner in pain and that boldness to accept it. Thank you, brother.
Nakul Yadav Dude I feel the same way. I can't accept it. I still refuse to. I hope some decent club takes him so he can at least play. Maybe an EPL club so I can watch him regularly even if it's not for my beloved Arsenal.
Thank you for kind words for our ... yes, God. AC Sparta Prague - team from Central Europe - found his hod. Tomas is now woking as a Sport Director and he is damn good as he was as a player. Maybe, hope, one day, you will see. Thank you!
He may have been injured often but you simply can't deny his spirit and heart! What a great attitude, a man that simply just wanted to play the game and play it beautifully. Genuinely talented and one of the most all around players we've ever had. Always gave 100%, always. How we could use your drive and effort at Arsenal right now!
“Heroes are people who face down their fears. It is that simple. A child afraid of the dark who one day blows out the candle; a women terrified of the pain of childbirth who says, 'It is time to become a mother'. Heroism does not always live on the battlefield.” ― David Gemmell, Tomáš is my hero. 60 and more injuries and he still keep going on. Iam not impresed by Messi or Ronaldo. They are pretty great. But they miss one thing. They miss dedication of this Little Mozart.
Arsene should have gave him right to make his last appearance in red shirt.Still cant get over the fact that he left. Never seen a better player and tribute!!
So many years of hurt both on & off the pitch. He deserved the success at the end of it. Even at 34 he played like he was 17. Loyal & class throughout with us, real legend! Nice vid (had edited this saying 'just misses a bit of commentary' then i watched the rest & you finished it perfectly.
damn man,,,,, this brung a tear to my eye :'/ .. love you 'Mozart' you will be missed very much.. always admired Rosicky, always loved watching him play, true shame for his injuries. 'if you love football, you love Rosicky'
Как же грустно от одной мысли, что больше его не будет в Арсенале, больше не будет его пасов шведой, его спринтов и подкатов на большой скорости... Спасибо за все, легенда

Injuries ruined the player he could have been but always showed heart and passion and gave 100% for the team
Injury is problem of arsenal players.
