How can I contact you? I have the big problem with Ultra 2. Problem that you know well related to the battery and rapid discharge. Now mine is turned off and I can't recharge it. A new version has been released in which you have replaced the no longer wireless charger and optimized the battery. And what should I do with my first version that I own that no longer works?
