Can I Ship a Full SodaStream CO2 Cylinder Through the Mail? How?

Hi everybody! It's Mike. Part time reselling in the Pittsburgh area.
I picked up a new, sealed SodaStream cylinder at an estate sale and then wondered if I can ship it through the regular mail. It's filled with CO2. After doing some research and asking a couple different places, I think...THINK I know the answer.
So watch the video and listen to my advice, but do your own research because I feel this is one of those things where you ask six different people if you can mail it and you'll get six different answers.

I tried to figure it out, but got frustrated and I don't plan on shipping it FedEx (I've had issues with them) so I stopped trying to figure it out.
And I guess I should mention this is all as of October 2022. Things change so again, do your own research.

How much was it to ship? Curious if there's an additional charge for non-flammable gas.

It didn't cost anything extra for me. Although sometimes I think what you are charged depends on what post office you use (meaning some employees are more knowledgeable than others).
