Every one say about electrucity bill, advantages etc, but main thing is, what is the min requirement of power is it 1kw Or 2kw or3kw, if we choose 2kw then min charges in electrucity bill need to be paid , similarly 3kw , generally house with 1kw load sanction need to increase to 2kw in case of 1ton ac?

I have bought an ac from Flipkart,
while ordering,
it was showing that LG would install it,
but
after ordering
now its showing as JEEVES,
& they are sending Jeeves technician tomorrow
instead of LG.
Would thr be any difference?
Same with me. They are sending Jeeves they said they are charging 1200rs per metre for extra copper pipe. How much did they quote you?
@@Suhas. Luckily for me, I didn't require any extra extension copper pipes, as my outdoor installation was just behind the wall where the indoor unit was placed.
So they only charged for the brackets (850), + drainage pipe (300) installation (1415) + few extra for 3 extra layers of masking tape(was optional apart from the one that came free with the unit).
& also fortunately the Installation guys from Jeeves were very nice & professional ones.
Btw, I confirmed from LG as well,
before Jeeves came,
i.e,
Jeeves are official partners of LG,
& its completely fine for them to install,
or we could call LG installation team as well, if we wanted (our choice over call with LG),
but I still went ahead with Jeeves
& didn't cancel Jeeves installation,
as if anything goes wrong during so, Flipkart would atleast serve the return period & not put the blame on me, had i bychance cancelled their installation, as it was already booked by them,
was still worried a bit about LG's warranty terms,
considering many customer support often give false information only to deny later,
but thankfully got a text from LG stating
Installation is complete (hence confirming, jeeves is officially tied up with them)
& Warranty Registration is done as well (sigh of relief).
@@wayne6326 good for you. Sadly I had a disappointing experience. Initially we thought of installing outdoor unit on terrace so they ordered 3 metres of extra copper pipe later we decided keep it in balcony itself where extra pipe was not needed but we had to pay for it. They charged 1200rs per metre and total 3600rs got wasted. Jeeves technician said they wouldn't take back that extra copper pipe.
@@Suhas. Thats completely fraud mate. They are supposed to carry extra copper pipes anyway with them, regardless if customer requires it or not.
Its illogical if they say, they cannot take it back, it wasn't even billed, before you/they found out, it won't be required,
hence wasn't sold by then.
Please write this complaint to LG Escalation matrix (link in the text that LG sent you the next day),
& most importantly
write to several layers of Flipkart Customer support escalation matrix as well,
I am quite confident,
if you explain them the issue well,
& be persistent enough with your regular talking to them till it gets solved,
they could/would refund you the pipe amount.
Just ask them to take back the extra pipe that you didn't require, yet still charged,
with Jeeves technician deniying to take it back,
& process a refund ₹3600 for it, asap,
make sure to include the picture of the installation bill
& the spare pipe as well,
& do mention, they made this bill "AFTER INSTALALTION & HENCE THEY ALREADY KNEW BY THEN, THE PIPE ISNT REQUIRED, YET STILL BILLED IT"
they generally don't take it back,
but thrs a high chance, they still would process a refund for the amount.
Keep me updated.

The technician from LG during installation is telling vaccuum is not reqd. I asked him 4 to 5 times to do that, he keeps telling, it is not necessary and some app will show if there are any issues.
I'm not sure what I should do now

Reject that installation guy and ask the brand what you need and ask for a new engineer

Where is drain pipe?
They can't tight Screw for indoor plate u can't remove ac again when it will hit
cause folks get inspired by fancy machinery but fail to understand the difference between driving the screw vs nailing it. I wonder how much effort it takes to properly tighten the screw instead of just hammering it.

No one talked about One major difference between 3 star and 5 star ac is, in 5 star ac you get more space (length)for air delivery . The length is almost 6 inch and that's matter in cooling.
If there is a micro leak...you will never going to know / get it in vaccum.....

But at its peak 110% VIRAAT mode LG outdoes panasonic
