Nice home! I pass by it everyday heading home. The only issue I have is getting in and out. Centerville Rosebud is a very busy street with a turn lane that runs in front of the house. There is another lot next door that looks like construction has begun. All the best to the new owners! 😊
That primary suite is Absolutely Everything, I love it,that bathroom is huge I wouldn’t want to leave my bedroom,I can already see myself with my candles in the bathroom on the sink..Nice house 🏡..
OK....since nobodies gonna say it then I will...this house is nice BUT WORTH ONE BIT OF 570K....These banks and realtors have lost yalls dam minds no back yard in front of a busy street cmon let's get real here
I agree @emptymangaming1126. There's so much wasted space around the stairs. This space could've been used to do at least 1 jack n jill bathroom. Three bedrooms using 1 bath for this price is unacceptable. There's enough room in the middle of the primary bath for a dance floor. Again, wasted space. It should've been used for an additional closet. We certainly don't get what we pay for anymore.
@@valeriebillings7248 I guess pros and cons to HOA but seems like more cons, especially when the board is nitpicking. The pro is though you won't have neighbors with auto parts on their lawns, or residents who think it's okay to let their vicious dogs out unaccompanied for the day.
Besides traffic my biggest worry would be drainage and flood control. Seems this home was built in a VERY marshy area, especially in the undeveloped area to the immediate right (left, if facing). Don’t like the location on the lot (downhill back to front) and the cheaply constructed retaining wall. Love the home itself, but due to the lot’s geography and topology I’ll pass.
Hello, we are very interested in this home and the builder. We have been looking at more than 30 of your videos and we love this home! We want to join the Cresswind Twiin Lakes but not live within the specific area, but will join the club without participating in the swimming or the golf club! We want to go for the other activities within the club! I looked it up and I'm not sure of the price. We would buy land and then have a home built! Most likely within a 30-mile distance from the club. ( I'm one of those that likes space and land, LOL!) Could you give me any info about this?
Hey congratulations in advance! If your don’t have a realtor in mind I’d love to have a consultation to see if I’ll be a good fit! Here the link where you can book if you’re interested: calendly.com/raymond-riley-jr/connect
Ok. Almost 600000K house. The lot stinks. A retaining wall pretty close to the back of the house. CARPETS in the bedrooms? Are you kidding me? They couldn't just continue with the regular flooring into the bedrooms? That's insulting. I'm going to assume those floors were at least LVP. I know they're not real wood floors. Laundry - where was the washer/dryer? Please do not tell me a 600000K home doesn't come with a washer/dryer. While I liked the idea of having that "mud room" esque area accessible from the garage, I don't like the fact that I'd have to see that as I walked through the front door. I'd have a door to that whole mudroom, powder room garage section of the home. Also, for a 600000K home all you get is that one living area downstairs open to the kitchen. I took special notice of as well at the base/foot of the stairs it's going to be tighter then it looks once a person puts in a dining table I suspect it will feel a bit "crowed". And while we're on the subject of dining. No formal dining room? For 600000k? Instead you get that small "office" room at the front of the house. Woop dee doo. Of course the master bedroom has this ridiculously large bathroom which, sure is great but if I were a parent with children I'd much rather have a secondary place in the home where they could hang out/play. If there had been at least a secondary bonus space upstairs where kids can chill, I'd be more receptive to this house. As it is, it puts all this money into a kitchen..which is nice but it's not 600000K nice and that ridiculously enormous bathroom. And the garage didn't seem much larger than a standard size 2 car garage. It would have been nice if the garage at least was a bit more spacious. So overall, given the plot and shortcomings of this home, I'd say one could look elsewhere and get way more bang for their 600000k bux! Sorry, but NO BUENO!

Love the pantry alone!
Absolutely lovely!
Very nice home. I love the layout. The primary suite is perfect with the ideal layout. The stairs are a little bit wider and that was great too....
Needed more land directly at the back of the house! Rest of it nice!

No HOA. Hard to find those.
Exactly! I’m seeing quite a few homes like this in the area. No HOA 👍🏽

I don't like the hanging slide door and racks for hanging clothes this looks tacky to me. But, I love everything else.😮
Am planning to buy a house in Georgia soon
