good video. the lady in the video isn't really a lsbw. she is brown skinned. as someone raven symone's color, we would be included at times as a mixed woman so we would not react like that woman in that video. it's like his code lowkey is basically saying he won't go too dark. a raven symone tone is as black he would go. not even caramel would do.
Yeah... People never argue about whose dark skin, but I see it like this, if a person can articulate light skinned experiences then they are light skinned! So I pay no attention to that❤
@@ExoticalSauce for starters I think people don't argue about who's dark skin is that they don't want to be that tone. Actual light skin people the color of Chris Brown see everybody Under the Sun trying to say that they're the same as him. I can actually say that it is a different experience not to negate a person who has caramel skin. it's like saying if someone could articulate being black ...they're black ? ..it's just food for thought
@@tamarapowell8982 i personally wish the black race didn't have to compare tones tbh. yes ,there is a gradient shade to complexions. i notice anyone online who says "there's no such thing as brown skin"are gaslighting. i wish more black women embrace the mid tone because like race, everyone is not black/white. that's why i'm perplexed at the projection about someone saying they are not in a certain spectrum. its getting creepy tbh.
@@tamarapowell8982 people like chris brown are not pushed in and out. that's the difference with a caramel person. if they have to question your tone it's rude tbh. just like no one would call viola davis brown. it's the same dynamic like a chris brown. what you are describing is a textbook brown experience. viola/chris wont go thru that.
I was once called a house kneegrow because I defended Hazel E for her clapback at DSBW back in 2017.
Yeah! The bc is too sensitive sometimes!
That is why I recommend therapy to address unchecked issues!
