- A native of distant Sarkhai and daughter of Senator Tobas Grell, Nadia Grell is a newcomer not only to the Republic, but to the entire concept of space exploration. Surrounded by new species and strange cultures, Nadia is eager to experience everything she can. She has become interested in the intricacies of galactic diplomacy while traveling alongside her father, and often acts as his assistant during talks.
As she revealed on Attis Station, Nadia is also strong in the Force; unusually strong, in fact. As Force sensitives are relatively unknown on Sarkhai, Nadia’s untrained powers left her shunned and feared by her own people. Senator Grell’s decision to take her with him when he left Sarkhai was motivated by the hope of finding others like her in the Republic, and perhaps discovering some way for her to control her incredible talents.

Doesnt matter now. Nadia disappeared in kotfe and I can summon her on odeseen but she has no more dialogue, no story as to where she went, our marriage etc. I expected more from bioware considering their the king of romance in video games

I love trooper and jedi knight voice, i think trooper voice might have been good for the counsellor
I like it how she's happy with all of this and then revert to her default expression which is her sad face. Lol
I kinda feel like I dodged a bullet playing a female Consular. Nadia is terribly sweet, but she's also badly vulnerable. Her people don't know what to make of her, her dad (the biggest anchor in her life) died horribly, she struggles to control her abilities, and gloms onto the Consular because she hasn't anywhere else to turn. The kid brings out more a paternal streak than a romantic one. Felix has been through some bad things, but he's also not a Jedi, and is a bit more assured of himself.
I'd say her romance has a lot to do with personal perspective. I can definitely see where some might feel an attachment to her on a paternal level given her personality and the other aspects you mentioned, though personally it's those very aspects that make me adore the sweetness of this romance. After all, hare the Consular even asks her the moment she begins feeling passionate if she wants to do this or if she just thinks she SHOULD do this. Despite the fact he's clearly interested in her, he wants her to make sure she's certain about what she truly wants. Either way, she's one of the best things about the Consular story, regardless of what sort of relationship her master pursues with her.

This is not wrong at all. Just because she is his padawan does not make it fall in with the dark side. This is kinda like the Elara Dorne romance as the player is her commanding officer. Relationships such as these DO NOT make it wrong because Nadia came over on her own and she was not seduced making the romance pure as they both legitimately care about each other.

The jedi code doesnt allow any marriage unless it is a case like ki adi mundi where no love is there this may be ok by light side standards or pre 4000 bby jedi standards but not jedi standards at that time
I never knew that Geordi La Forge became a Jedi.
When I was jedi knight I was always light and never had relations, but I think I should break that code as consular and had better influence.
I feel from the voices jedi knight should be the one to have a relationship, knight feels like Luke skywalker and Han solo rolled together, Kinda like anakin but less darkness and anger, counsellor feels like luminara undilli from clone wars and kiandi mundi from the movies

Wait ... so the Jedi Knight gets DS points for falling in love but not the Consular?
The Knight gets Dark Side points for giving into a passion driven infatuation with a twi'lek woman who just lost her mother and was desperate for hope and someone to rely on. The Consular however helps Nadia grow, teaches her not to let her only her passions drive her actions, to be certain of herself and everything she does and truly wants. While the Consular may not have as much overall personality compared to the other classes, the Consular is definitely the most centered and wise.

@@wyveriusblackfire3834 Only for one flirt option. Because he's allowing anger and passion to fuel his protectiveness of Kira. It is possible to romance her without doing that darkside flirt.
@@Spiralpaladin I assume Bioware just didn't want to slap you with Darkside points every time you flirted with your lover, and assumed you would take every option to flirt. But the initial flirts for Knight always end in Darkside points.
@@wyveriusblackfire3834 Well, with Ranna the dark side shift makes a bit more sense. Because if you go down that route, you are letting yourself be driven purely by your passionate impulse to help her feel better, and not being rational about it. Hence why the "romance" with Ranna goes up in flames. As for Doc....honestly, the load of dark side points kinda makes a lot more sense considering what a horndog he is. But actually, the initial flirt with Kira, after you save her from the Sith apprentice holding her hostage at Ord Mantell, isn't dark side.

IKR, he's my least favorit voice of all the classes, and what's f*cked up about it is that it's Nolan North that's the voice actor, I thought he was better than that.

I actually like the voice it really fits, the consular is supposed to be the voice of reason and this voice fits perfectly
TheAwesomeLegacy Nolan North was the best choice in my opinion he is great from his accent to his voice to his tone
He sounds so emotionless feel like it's both the script and the voice, jedi knight sounds more like your typical hero with emotion
Was thinking of making a male consular today, but his line delivery is so boring. Which the video confirms.
Next is Makeb so don't know how much time I'll have for making the other classes but they're all 50 already so it's just making the movies that I'll have to do.
Keep up the good work burc'ya, I still hold the bounty hunter as my favourite, but eh, to each their own.

99thJediWarrior She's just not my type. Too cras, too edged. Not bad traits inherently just not what I like in a romantic partner.
My only complaint is everything else about the Jedi Knight storyline is what I'm all about. Then again, I suppose having no love interest makes me more of a typical Jedi. So there's that.
Anthony Clay theres kira, vette, jaesa (if you like being an arguable dick). Elara Dorne is hot, so is Mako, granted shes more adorably nerdy.
***** More of a joke than a serious observation but my favorite class is the Jedi Knight but Kira is simply not my type. On the one hand this is good as it lets more roleplay as a seriously orthodox Jedi, on the other hand, Nadia really is like someone I'd like to date if I could get to know someone like her.
On the other, other hand, I also like Vette and the Sith Warrior is my preferred Imperial class, so I guess it works out.

...I find the Nadia romance kinda creepy. She acts like a little sister...creepy. "I'm not a child with a crush" totally are Nadia.
That's kind of what I like about it, the awkwardness feels realistic for Jedi Imo.

I thought Jedi were forbidden from showing that kind of emotion and love, much less towards their Padawan. But it makes for a dull story without a little romance so I'm just saying. No complaints here.

You really took advantage of her... maybe if you were both knights, but a padawan with her master of so much power? That's just dark side written all over it.
According to the stigma of light side, romance and love is the way to the dark side, wouldn't be very interesting if I just treated her like a student and not a woman.
Romance isn't dark side at all. It's allowing your passions to rule you that is. Passion and romance can be a gateway to the dark side, that was the problem. But families did exist and they worked so long as the Jedi was willing to sacrifice them for the greater good, and in most cases this was true.
Delsanar Well if you can't have passion in your romance then what's the point in being in a relationship? If I wanted to stay true to the light side I wouldn't have romanced her but it wouldn't have made a very interesting video, besides I think their story is kinda cute.
It's not that you can't have passion, it's that you can't let it rule you or overturn your principles, that's what being a Jedi is about. Having the higher principles that are above yourself and others. For the Greater Good, essentially.
In this.. it looked like you were just stringing her along because you had all the power and she was in awe of you.
Delsanar I don't think romancing Nadia did anything with my principles or doing the greater good, nothing says you can't do both.
The way I see it at first I'm reluctant to answer her show of affection because that's not what jedi do, but after a while warm up to the thought of spending the life with her.
