I'm pretty sure proxing three waves is unrealistically impossible, unless you sit around the 2 towers while spawning, wich is, unrealistic.

I through i was the only one that buy 4 of that item but it is not really that bad (when i play lulu i buy it sometimes) cause most support items use it in the composition, with 2 of faerie charm can buy forbidden idol that can make ardent cense, redeption o mikael crucible and use the other to buy another forbidden or buy chalice of harmony to make unholy grail or complete the mikael. Really if you are a support of healing/shields you need the mana reg more than other (in aram most time i buy it) in my opinion
