It was Hybe that made MHJ the CEO of Ador and gave her an enormous performance contract. It was MHJ that backstabbed Hybe and tried to steal the group. It was the NJ members that sided with MHJ, making themsleves the enemy of Hybe. It was the NJ members that demanded that Hybe return MHJ as CEO.
