You dont say a hour, you say an hour because the first syllable of hour is pronounced "OW". Same for the other way round, the first syllable of ONCE is pronounced " WA", so we use A once.
After that, "2주간(for 2 weeks) 사녹(pre-recorded) 생방(live)을 가보니(I go) 트와이스 분들이(Twice) 대단하다고(Amazing) 생각되네요(considered)" So basically once is saying that he (or she) went to pre recorded live for 2 weeks and he (or she) thought twice members are amazing because they handled the busy schedule.
