Great video mehmet. Love seeing the “less glamorous” parts of being a roaster. I know that when I’m roasting at home, although on a much smaller scale, I experience a lot of the same chaos.
I’d be interested to see more info about the specific equipment you’re using. Roaster, bean doser, color analyzer.
