If you could do some guidance in general, could you please guide me on what table to use to find yield rotation Qy after calculating "Mpr" of RBS. Thank you for your attention. ETABS uses ASCE 41 tables which are a combination of FEMA tables. To answer your question, I must say that each thesis is unique and if I want to give an answer, I have to research about it. according to ACI 2019 6.6.2.3 (b) we can use RZF=1 in etabs.

Do i apply rigid zone factor to beam only or column and beam at the same time ?
Yes, we must select all the main beams and columns together and then assign R.Z.F to both of them
