I should have this in hand within the next week, it's got a mid-November release here in the UK but I did manage to catch one place that had it in stock briefly. For me Prey was the first truly great Predator film since the original, I know a few people who even say they prefer it to the original and honestly I can understand why. Granted Predator 2 I've always had a soft spot for, it's got problems but to me it captures the feel of a 90's comic book, and I feel that it handles the Predator itself really well, the things it adds to the lore without over explaining it I think have gone on to be pretty influential in later depictions, so those three are my favourite Predator films. AVP I like too, Predators is okay, the rest is kinda trash to me. Prey to me retained that feeling from 2 where it was a genuinely fun surprise to see things like its technology and weaponry, the closest feeling to that for me in the other films was Wolf's intro in Requiem with a glimpse at their planet. I also loved that we finally went back to just a regular Predator, that super Predator stuff I really dislike in those later films, it's just boring, cheap and lame as an idea to me, I much prefer what predator 2 set up which Prey followed through with where there's just different variations of the species with varying features.
Just got this figure a few days ago one of Neca’s best I love it, also Happy Godzilla day Guys! Edit: the thing in Steve’s right hand at 5:52 is also magnetic!
Wow very cool I think they made a part two to this movie and I wish they would do more of a style like this predator fighting guys with no guys just knifes spears arrows they should do a roman style or knights you get my point
