its fixed in the hd remaster. definitely a missed line, not for dramatic effect. she says "im...im taking his place?". sadly, the dub for the hd remaster has a tinny sound to the dialogue (at least in every upload of it ive found) which is unbearable for me. sucks bc the art quality in it is perfect and it uses the superior jp opening.
