Everybody need to start talking more about tech todoroki. The guy is a menace to society, you can't press him, he'll freeze your arzz. you can snipe him, he'll use them flames. His ice wall does too much damage. Hands down the best character in the game
The best character is kirogiri he has too much utility
Tune your character to nullify his freeze stuns
@@OtakaruYT yes definitely the best support but tech shoto is the crowned king. End game, mid game,... it don't matter the boy cooks 24/7.
As a todoroki main he's not he's still countered by overhaul and both shigarakis who all can attack him through the fire also red dabi who can easily attack through his ice with alpha also ibara and mirio

As a new free player I've only been getting tickets from leveling up and reaching ranks so since every character is in the same banner I've been spending my tickets on it whenever I reach 100, thankfully I got Kurogiri the 2nd time I did that since I started a few days ago so I'm a Kurogiri main now

Ive been playing since season 1 an i have all characters except assault shiggy an kurogiri. I noticed when do single pulls on quirkset rolls i have good luck. I was able to get rapid toga for 40 tickets and i got tech todoroki for 20 TICKETS !

@@GetOverYourself2154 i mean...it might be true, because when i spend 300 tickets on 3 x 10 rolls i got only souls, but when i used only 40, 4 x 10 tickets, i got two souls and two 3 star costumes, one to Todoroki, second to Tsuyu
I’ve played since season 1 too and I’m only missing assault shiggy and present mic. I’ve had such good single roll luck. I got Rapid Bakugo, Hawks, Overhaul, Nejire, and Strike Kiri all through single rolls.
Same I pulled strike Dabi for 30 and the new Kirishima on my first 10 ticket roll of the day. Sticking to single pulls on quirksets from now on

You can't gamma twice and then throw an alpha with overhaul btw. You can if you gamma once tho
After about 8 months of playing the game, I've managed to unlock every character but still missing every quirk set. I didn't play any of the characters (support main), but it pisses me off that you need even the quirk set to unlock their tuning mods. The tuning system was both good and bad, I feel like it punishes F2P players pretty heavy especially because most of my lobbies aren't balanced.

tbh its so stupid that you start with 4 character and if you dont like them you have no way to get new characters without hours of grind
In terms of characters, I'm doing pretty well, the characters that I don't have can all be unlocked with tickets when they become free. Skill sets on the other hand? Not as lucky. Managed to get strike Dabi and Tech Todoroki, but don't have any of the others yet, which is annoying cause they can't be unlocked with exchange tickets (I'm a DBL player, and that's basically what the free character unlock tickets are). Plus (Ultra), it feels like its A LOT harder to get skill sets than characters, but that's just from my summoning experience.

Ive spent all of my tickets and gotten present mic's PLUS ULTRA rare outfit, kurogiri's PLUS ULTRA rare outfit, and a dupe PLUS ULTRA for bakugo's winter style.

Denki has a really good tuning set if you use rapid bakugos and red bakugos on your special tuning where it will increase your PLUS ULTRA
It’s sad how many characters have become rage inducing to fight, but with kurogiri I have at least some hope that devs can make balanced characters, plus ultra!!

His gamma and alpha can do so much damage and if they are low, you basically insta-kill them.

Spent about 1.5k tickets this season try get yellow shigi got a blue bakugo that I already have since season 6 and got a blue toga that I don't mind cus I didn't have her but I don't really want her they should make it so if you roll a skillset you already have you can switch it for something else
I just rolled through JP servers where odds kinda get boosted (Primarily because no one is on / rolls in those servers at certain times)

Dude. I never wanted rapid toga and i was trying to get something else i got her too much. My luck is dramatic for stuff i want and i get stuff i DONT need 🥲. All i have to say it stay positive, youll get her. I absoultely want strike deku and assault shiggy even on her current banner i pull in hopes for that. I think i sunk 800 in Kiri and just got costumes 💔

Plus Ultra. This is good. Im just lowkey confused on the "pity" thing. How can tell and/or find out when you have a pity and can use the pity to your advantage.
Pity isn’t like in other games you’ll see you have exchange points where if you roll so many times(2000) tickets for characters and (1000) tickets for outfits, you can then exchange the points for the characters or outfits inside the banner

The gacha system in this game killed it for me. There’s no reason it takes 2000 tickets for pity that’s absolutely ridiculous. Ticket acquisition is trash. This game is just bad

Least now the scam is sinking in , it’s a shame really to see as time goes on the system becomes more and more unplayable without whaling or luck . Keep this in mind this is one of 2 playable mha games . There’s no other way to experience mha besides the terrible gacha on phone and terrible arena fighter . Such a shame

I just don't like quirksets at all. They're always way stronger than the original character, they almost always nerf the original character once they get a quirkset (I used to main Toga but then rapid toga came out. Deku, Bakugo and Todoroki used to be the best three characters in the game now their quirksets are), you can't rent them, they're lower effort cause they reuse all voice lines and basic animations from the original character, their movesets all feel a lot less finished/polished then actual characters, all the quirksets are really annoying to fight against, they could be working on making more characters for the game instead and because the only way to get them is through rolls the devs seem intent on making them the best characters in the game so that you'll spend money just to get them. Overall I think they're by far my least favourite part about Ultra Rumble. I also remember in season 1 or 2 they did a poll if the community wanted more characters or alternate movesets for existing characters and it was about 60% for new characters and 20% new movesets (there was a third option on the poll but i can't remember what it was) so they knew the community didn't really want it but went ahead with it anyway.

You trippin all the characters still good even after the quirk set. They do nerf a lil but it's not as serious as you saying. I could understand if only quirk set characters won all the time but that's not how it goes. Maybe you should practice fighting those characters in training mode. It could help you git guud🤷🏾♂️
